2020 Election Bombshell: ‘Pristine’ Ballots in Georgia Election Count ‘Looked Xeroxed’

When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.

Adding to suspicions, she noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election. And none was folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes much of Atlanta. . .

Now election watchdogs have used their affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton and allow a closer inspection of the suspicious Biden ballots for evidence of counterfeiting. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes thanks to a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were shooed from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots,” said Garland Favorito, the lead petitioner in the case and a certified poll watcher who runs VoterGa.org, one of the leading advocates for election integrity in the state. Trump Gets Unlikely Ally in Defamation Case: Biden’s DOJ

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice filed a brief Monday extending cover to former President Donald Trump in a defamation case.

Author and columnist E. Jean Carroll filed the suit against the then-president in late 2019, following his public denials of the rape allegations she had previously raised against him.

Trump’s Justice Department moved to replace his personal legal team and have the suit transferred to a federal court in late 2020. The new brief from the Biden administration takes up the Trump-era argument, claiming that statements the 45th president made about Carroll were “crude and disrespectful” but still “within the scope of his office.”

“The President is an ‘employee of the government,'” Justice Department lawyers wrote in the new brief. “Nothing in the text, purpose, or history of the statutes suggests that they exempt from their coverage the President of the United States.”

The lawyers added that Trump’s statements denying Carroll’s claims, while undoubtedly “crude and disrespectful,” still fell “within the scope” of his office at the time and should therefore be defended by the Justice Department. The Largest Gun Registration and Confiscation Scheme Is Being Planned by the Biden Administration

. . .[Joe Biden] wants a ban on so-called assault weapons but also high-capacity magazines, an equally moronic term. . . The magazine limits don’t just apply to rifles, but also handguns, meaning the millions would become felons under the Democrats’ gun confiscation scheme. We all know the endgame, but they don’t have the legislative majorities to do so. Biden is then taking to tweaking current regulations through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. It’s through this avenue that his scheme to turn millions into felons is being planned as we speak. It’s significant for sure, with many in the industry calling it the largest gun registration and confiscation scheme in American history. Stephen Gutowski of The Reload has more:

A new rule proposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) at the request of President Joe Biden would make most firearms with stabilizing pistol braces illegal. Owners would have to register, turn in, or disassemble the guns to avoid federal felony charges. One government estimate found as many as 40 million guns could be affected.

“It will be the largest gun registration, destruction, and confiscation scheme in American history,” Alex Bosco, who invented the stabilizing brace and founded the biggest manufacturer of them, told The Reload.

The rule outlines a complex point system the agency wants to create to judge when a gun with a stabilizing brace should be classified as a pistol and when it should be classified as a short-barrel rifle requiring registration under the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA). The proposal aims to reconcile the ATF’s decade-long track record of approving the braces on a case-by-case basis. That process was often criticized by members of the gun industry and gun-rights movement as arbitrary and contradictory.

Biden Replaces Women With ‘Birthing People’ in New Budget

President Biden’s promise to “build back better” apparently also applies to “birthing people,” according to the 2022 budget proposal from his administration’s Office of Management and Budget.

In the section on “strengthening public health infrastructure and meeting crisis-related needs,” President Biden claims his budget “reduces maternal mortality rate and ends race-based disparities in maternal mortality.”

The United States has the highest maternal mortality rate among developed nations, with an unacceptably high mortality rate for Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, and other women of color. To help end this high rate of maternal mortality and race-based disparities in outcomes among birthing people—and in addition to the investment in maternal health included in the American Families Plan—the Budget includes more than $200 million to: reduce maternal mortality and morbidity rates nationwide; bolster Maternal Mortality Review Committees; expand the Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies program; help cities place early childhood development experts in pediatrician offices with a high percentage of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program patients; implement implicit bias training for healthcare providers; and create State pregnancy medical home programs.

Biden Pulls Trigger on Next Gun Control Move

. . .On Monday his Department of Justice announced two moves to further Biden’s demands.

The first was a proposal for laws that would allow someone to complain to a judge, who could remove that targeted person’s guns.

The second is a plan to reclassify a category of weapons so that owners would have to obtain $200 permits to keep them, and have them registered.

“The Justice Department is determined to take concrete steps to reduce the tragic toll of gun violence in our communities,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Today we continue to deliver on our promise to help save lives while protecting the rights of law-abiding Americans. We welcome the opportunity to work with communities in the weeks and months ahead in our shared commitment to end gun violence.”

Biden Minimum Wage Czar Demands Federal $15 Wage, but Students Under Him as Dean Make $13.50

While President Joe Biden’s nominee for Wage and Hour Administrator at the Department of Labor frequently calls for a $15 an hour minimum wage, the nominee has not called for students at the university he works at to receive the same.

David Weil, who Biden announced as a federal nominee last week, has backed a $15 an hour wage while not instituting such a policy at Brandeis, where he is a dean and professor.

According to the Office of Student Financial Services, the minimum wage at the private school in Massachusetts is $13.50 an hour, the same minimum wage set by the state. Given the dean’s influence and position as a staunch progressive, it is curious why he would work at a school that does not provide the same compensation he seemingly determines is necessary.

“As my co-author @EDerenoncourt eloquently points out, wage spillovers shown in our research arise from market power,” tweeted Weil in March, in relation to a post that a University of California at Berkley professor who called for a $15 minimum wage. “Unions create countervailing power to allow sharing of gains w/ workers. Black Americans Ignore Biden’s Vaccine Push

The Biden administration knew the key to a successful Covid vaccination campaign would be reaching the most vulnerable populations. But more than five months in, even a blueprint that’s worked with other ethnic and racial groups isn’t doing enough to win over Black Americans.

Less than a quarter of Black Americans had received their first Covid-19 shot as of June 7 based on available federal data, amid a weekslong stagnation that has defied the government’s ramped-up effort to accelerate vaccinations and reach the nation’s most vulnerable communities.

One of the task force’s first assignments was recommending ways to build trust in the vaccines and effectively roll them out to those marginalized communities — chief among them Black Americans who are dying from Covid-19 at disproportionate rates. Some early ideas were incorporated into the administration vaccination plan crafted within the White House, task force members said. Yet as the panel has shifted its focus to other, long-term health equity issues in recent months, vaccine disparities have persisted. . .

Obama Era Emails: Burisma-Linked Firm Offered Ukrainian Prosecutor ‘Access’ to Clinton Camp

Former Ukrainian prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko told former Obama State Department official George Kent he had been “pitched” by a Hunter Biden and Burisma-linked lobbying firm to give him “access” to “high levels” of the Clinton campaign in the weeks leading up to the 2016 presidential election, according to emails between former Obama State Department officials obtained by Fox News.

The lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies, is reportedly under federal investigation for potential illegal lobbying. Politico first reported the investigation, which allegedly comes as the Justice Department is ramping up enforcement of foreign governments’ efforts to influence U.S. politics. Those efforts have been linked to work by Republicans, but the probe into Blue Star also puts firms and operatives connected to the Democratic Party under the microscope.

In an email released to Citizens United on Thursday as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) filing, and obtained by Fox News, former deputy assistant secretary of state for Europe and Eastern Europe George Kent wrote to a number of Obama administration officials about a meeting he had with Ukrainian prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko in September 2016 about Blue Star Strategies. . .

Kent, a key witness in the first impeachment proceedings against former President Trump in 2019, said the two discussed options of a trip Lutsenko had been planning to the U.S., and “confirmed he has been pitched by Blue Star, not sought them out.” . . .

“Blue Star CEO [Karen] Tramantano’s pitch was that she could gain him access to high levels of the Clinton campaign (GPK note: she was Podesta’s deputy as deputy COS the last year of Bill Clinton’s tenure), and that was appealing—to meet the possible next Presidential Chief of Staff,” Kent wrote. Florida and Alaska Join Keystone XL Pipeline Lawsuit Against Biden

Two more state attorneys general are joining the ongoing lawsuit initially filed by 21 other states against the Biden White House for its cancelation of the Keystone XL Pipeline.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen made the announcement on behalf of Florida and Alaska on Thursday, noting, “The Constitution is clear that presidents do not have the power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce or to unilaterally undo an act of Congress.” The complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas now includes Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor.

Within hours of assuming the presidency, Joe Biden revoked the permit for the pipeline. In January 2017, President Donald Trump reauthorized its construction after President Barack Obama rejected the proposal in 2015. Witnesses: Surge in Illegal Aliens From Muslim Terror-Linked Nations

President Joe Biden’s open border policies are attracting a historic surge of potentially dangerous illegal immigrants, many from non-Central-American Muslim nations, according to new eyewitness reports.

“It’s up 300%, 400%. Be prepared. They’re coming,” according to a new report from border expert Todd Bensman, who has been charting the historic traffic of illegal immigrants since Biden took office.

His report highlighted a ‘record 10,000 so-called ‘extracontinental’ migrants” — or those not from Latin America.

While journalists have been focused on the crossings of Latin Americans at the U.S.-Mexico line, Bensman’s latest report for the Center for Immigration Studies comes from a well-known passage area in Panama where suspected terrorists and others unable to legally get into the United States travel through. He quoted a House lawmaker and two journalists who charted the trafficking surge.

“The numbers are the highest ever this month. They have dramatically, dramatically, dramatically increased,” journalist Michael Yon told him from Panama.
