Male Prisoner ‘Instructed’ by Staff to Claim He Was Trans to Gain Access to Female Inmates, Lure Them Into Prostitution Ring: Court Documents

A female former inmate who was housed in New York City’s Rikers Island jail has launched a suit against the city after claiming she was “repeatedly sexually assaulted” by a biological male inmate who claimed to be transgender and was housed in the women’s section.

Allegations in the suit accuse Riker’s Island staff of instructing the man to identify as trans so he could gain access to women and lure them into a prostitution ring that the suit states staff were familiar with.

The lawsuit, brought forth by the inmate only known as Rose Doe, was filed at the Bronx Supreme Court in November of 2023, Reduxx reports.

Rose Doe was housed at the Rose M Singer Center, which is the island’s only women’s facility. Around December of 2021, a male inmate was transferred into her unit after identifying as a woman. . .

The suit states that department records show the biological male was being investigated for alleged involvement in a prostitution ring operating on the island at the time the inmate was transferred to the women’s facility. Illegal Alien, Wanted for Terrorism, Arrested Near One World Trade Center Had Been Freed Into U.S. By Biden’s DHS

An illegal alien wanted for terrorism in Senegal was arrested in late October just blocks from New York City’s One World Trade Center after having been released into the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Just this week, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas repeatedly told the Senate Homeland Security Committee that illegal aliens who are “national security threats” are promptly arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deported.

Despite Mayorkas’ assertion, an illegal alien — from either the Islamic Republic of Mauritania or Senegal — arrived at the United States–Mexico border on Oct. 3 near Lukeville, Arizona. The illegal alien was given a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge and released into the United States interior.

A week later, ICE agents in New York City were notified by Homeland Security Investigations agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Counter Terrorism Division that the illegal alien was wanted in Senegal for terrorist activities.

At that point, the illegal alien had traveled to New York City, a sanctuary jurisdiction that refuses to work with ICE agents seeking to have criminal illegal aliens deported. ‘Go Woke, Go Broke’: Billionaire Suggests That Northeast Cities Like NYC and Boston Are Hemorrhaging Income Due to Political Ideology — While the South Keeps Booming

With a single tweet, Chamath Palihapitiya, the CEO of Social Capital, recently became the provocative main character of the day on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Palihapitiya sent out a screenshot of a Bloomberg article based on how six southern states had contributed more to U.S. gross domestic product than the northeast corridor of Washington-New York-Boston for the first time in history.

But it was his accompanying caption that sparked hot debate: “Go woke, go broke,” he said, implying that the ongoing culture war and economic policies of northeastern states had facilitated the migration of wealth and economic power to the South.

While tweeps weighed in with their own thoughts — including fellow billionaire Mark Cuban — here’s what the numbers show is really going on.

Bloomberg’s analysis of data from the IRS highlights the southern wealth migration. Florida, Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee collectively added $100 billion in new net income from 2020 to 2021. Meanwhile, the Washington, New York and Boston corridor lost $60 billion in income in that same period. NYC’s Disgusting Pot Stench Is Keeping Tourists Away

It’s not just prissy European tennis players who can’t stand it. Every single person who visits New York City is disgusted by our unofficial new scent: marijuana.

And the truth is, so are most sane New Yorkers.

As The Post reported on Friday’s front page, everywhere you go in the five boroughs now reeks of pot. Expense-account restaurants such as Nobu 57 and ritzy stores like Saks Fifth Avenue have the musty whiff of a college dorm room. Puffing stoners are turning the subway’s 123 into CBD. . .

These are Europeans we’re talking about! Most Americans think of that party-hardy continent as far more freewheeling and permissive than the US when it comes to sex, drugs and booze consumption. Well, we’ve shocked ‘em all this time.

Crowd Overwhelms New York City’s Union Square, Tosses Chairs, Climbs on Vehicles (VIDEO)

Police in New York City are struggling to control a crowd of thousands of people who gathered in Manhattan’s Union Square for an internet personality’s supposed videogame console giveaway that got out of hand.

Aerial TV news footage Friday showed a surging, tightly packed crowd climbing on vehicles, hurling chairs, throwing punches and scaling structures in the park. Shouting teenagers swung objects at car windows and ran through the streets.

Traffic was blocked by the crowd on several streets. A growing number of police officers could be seen trying to control the gathering. Some people climbed on top of a moving vehicle, falling off as it sped away. Others pounded on the side of a city bus. People could be seen climbing on top of another bus and jumping up and down. Rich Liberal Suburbs Use Invisible ‘Border Wall’ to Keep Out Poor Minorities, Report Finds

A new think tank report shows how liberal New York suburbs use restrictive zoning laws to drive up housing prices and prevent poor minorities from moving into their neighborhoods.

The Century Foundation released a study about zoning laws and educational opportunities in Scarsdale and Port Chester, liberal suburban areas in Westchester County, New York, located north of New York City. The study compares zoning laws, demographics and public school performance in the neighboring towns as a case study for how liberal suburbs prevent low-income people and racial minorities from moving in.

“Today, among the most important government policies and practices driving segregation include (1) decisions about where to place public housing; and (2) flagrant income discrimination through exclusionary zoning (which disproportionately hurts people of color),” the study reads.

Scarsdale has a median household income of $250,000 and its population is 71.2% white, with 90.7% of adults having attained a bachelor’s degree or more of education, according to data from New York University’s (NYU) Furman Center. Port Chester has an $88,093 median income and its population is 64.2% Hispanic, with 31.1% of adults attaining at least a bachelor’s degree. WATCH – ‘We’re Coming for Your Children’: NYC Drag Marchers Chant Ominous Message at Pride Event

LGBT activists at the annual Drag March on Friday in New York City shouted a troubling message regarding children across the nation.

As Pride Month comes to a close, the participants marched through Tompkins Square Park in the East Village while chanting, the New York Post reported Saturday.

Video footage shows the flamboyantly dressed crowd moving through the area, and a woman among the group appeared to be topless:

. . .The march came to an end at the Stonewall Inn located in Greenwich Village, whose website says it is “Where Pride Began.”

Homeless Mom Forced to Change Baby’s Diaper on Outside Bench After Being Booted From Hotel for Illegal Aliens

Two homeless couples, including one with a baby, are getting the boot from a Yonkers hotel to make way for dozens of migrants being dumped there by New York City Mayor Eric Adams, the displaced denizens told The Post on Monday.

Savannah Harp, 24, was forced to change her 18-month-old son Emir’s diaper on a bench outside the Ramada Inn in Westchester County on Monday morning after being told that the hotel where she has been paying $150 a night for the past two weeks is now suddenly booked up.

Harp, who rebooked each morning to stay at the hotel on Tuckahoe Road with her baby and boyfriend, said she believes they were denied a room Monday after it emerged that up to 100 migrant families could start arriving there.

“[The migrants’ are not having to pay out of their own pocket, and I’m having to pay out of my own pocket — and then I have to leave whenever [hotel workers] say,” Harp said. . .

Marine Who Grappled With Homeless Man on NYC Subway Identified: Reports

The Marine who grappled with a homeless man on the New York City Subway in early May has been identified as a sergeant named Daniel Penny, according to multiple reports.

Penny, 24, is the Marine who placed 30-year-old Jordan Neely in a chokehold Tuesday after Neely boarded a Subway train and allegedly began acting aggressively toward his fellow passengers, Insider reported Friday, citing a law enforcement official. Penny’s reported attempt to subdue the allegedly unhinged homeless man proved fatal and Neely’s death was later ruled a homicide by the NYC medical examiner.

Penny joined the Marines in 2017 as an infantryman and rose to the rank of sergeant, Insider reported. His time in the Marines lasted until 2021 — though police officials say he is still on active duty service and in good standing with the U.S. Marine Corps, according to the New York Post. Reportedly a surfing enthusiast, Penny said on his Harri profile that he was passionate about “helping, communicating, and connecting to different people from all over the world,” Insider added.

Transgender Female Takes First Place in Women’s Cycling Event; Contestants in Second Place, Third Place Are All Smiles

A transgender female took first place in a women’s cycling event in New York City over the weekend, the National Desk reported.

Tiffany Thomas — a member of the Los Angeles-based women’s cycling group L.A. Sweat — stood atop the middle podium as the winner of the Randall’s Island Crit, the outlet said.

The second- and third-place finishers in the photo with Thomas were all smiles in defeat:
