Prosecutor Resigns After Getting Caught Trying to Meet With 13-Year-Old Boy

A New York City prosecutor suddenly resigned after he was caught allegedly trying to meet up with a 13-year-old boy that he met online.

William C.C. Kemp-Neal quit his job as a prosecutor at the Bronx District Attorney’s office after a group called “Dads Against Predators” filmed Kemp-Neal in the parking lot of a Target attempting to coerce the young male.

Ironically, he made $84,990 annually as an ADA handling child-endangered cases, as well as harassment.

On July 8, the group confronted the 30-year-old prosecutor in a Target parking lot o East Sanford Boulevard in Mount Vernon. The video shows the group asking Kemp-Neal if he is “Marcus,” prompting him to flee. The men pursued him, shouting, “Excuse me everybody, this man right here came to meet a 13-year-old boy.” At one point, a bystander, intervened and restrained Kemp-Neal in a chokehold. In a clip, Kemp-Neal is seen struggling to breathe and attempting to break free. Via Times Now.

Wild Video Shows Chaos Unfold After Dem City Pride Parade

Wild footage posted online following New York City’s Pride parade Sunday afternoon shows chaos unfolding at a park, as one woman was seen being dragged and beaten by others.

Footage taken by Oliya Scootercaster was posted to X (formerly known as Twitter) showing the chaotic moments of multiple brawls after New York’s annual Pride parade. A massive group of people could be seen at Washington Square Park with two women being punched by the fountain.

The clip opens up as one woman in all black could be seen being punched by another, as well as a second woman in pink being punched and dragged by her hair by another group of women. People in the crowd could be heard screaming as the attack unfolded, with others pulling out their phones to record the incident.

“Back up, back up!” someone could be heard yelling as the woman in pink got up from the ground.

Moments later a second clip shows someone dancing on top of one of the park’s lampposts while surrounded by viewers who recorded and appeared to encourage the activity. While it is unclear what started the fight between the women, Scootercaster later posted that arrests were allegedly being made by authorities. NYC Firefighter, 36, Dies of Heart Attack After Being Fired to Pay for Migrants — Leaving His Family With Nothing

An FDNY firefighter has died of a heart attack just months after he was fired as part of the city’s effort to free up funds for its migrant crisis — leaving his grieving widow and kids struggling to keep a roof over their heads.

Derek Floyd, 36, suffered cardiac arrest and passed away April 15, four months after the city gave him the boot as part of a larger effort to pare down staff and pay for housing and services for the tens of thousands of migrants flooding the Big Apple.

Floyd was one of about 10 Fire Department employees who had been on “long term duty” — either injured on the job and given office work or out sick for an extended period — and fired weeks before Christmas, FDNY sources told The Post.

Floyd, a veteran who served three tours in the Middle East with the Marines, had been among those working a desk job — toiling in the Fire Department chaplain’s office — because he had suffered another heart attack in 2019 while he was in the Fire Academy. . .

Floyd had been just shy of vesting additional medical benefits for his family and more than $600,000 worth of death benefits when he was booted, now leaving his family with nothing despite his years of service. Rare 4.8 Magnitude Earthquake Rattles New York City Area

A rare 4.8 magnitude earthquake centered near Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, rattled the greater New York City area on Friday morning.

The earthquake occurred at 10:23 a.m. EDT, according to the United States Geological Survey, and shook other Northeastern cities, including as far south as Philadelphia and as far north as Boston.

Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) addressed the earthquake and said that the state is “assessing impacts” of the tremor.

“A 4.8 magnitude earthquake hit west of Manhattan and has been felt throughout New York,” Hochul said in a post on X. “My team is assessing impacts and any damage that may have occurred, and we will update the public throughout the day.”

Hochul said later at a press briefing that there were no reports of major damage to buildings, but agencies are in the early phases of evaluating the damage.

Political Candidate Arrested for Allegedly Punching Tiktoker in Face, Police Say

A political candidate who ran for office multiple times in New York was arrested Wednesday for allegedly punching a TikToker in the face, police said.

Skiboky Stora has ran for mayor, governor and city council as a down-ballot candidate over a three=year span, according to the New York Post. He was reportedly charged with assault after allegedly punching Halley Kate, a random woman, in the face Monday, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) said.

Kate posted a viral video following the alleged attack as she walked down the streets of Chelsea, the outlet reported. In the video, the victim was seen with a red face. “You guys, I was literally just walking, and a man came up and punched me in the face. Oh my g**, it hurts so bad. I can’t even talk,” she alleged. . .

Report: Police Charge Activist Who Appeared on Joe Rogan’s Show With Murder After Allegedly Finding Head, Torso

A New York City convicted felon turned criminal justice activist was charged with murder after New York City police found body parts in the victim’s apartment in the Bronx, the New York Post reported.

Sheldon Johnson, 48, allegedly murdered Collin Small, 44, in Small’s apartment Tuesday evening, according to the report. Johnson reportedly was seen on surveillance video footage glancing furtively around before entering the apartment in a dark coat over a yellow hoodie and bearing a mop and a bag of cleaning agents.

Neighbors told the New York Post that just before hearing two shots fired, they heard Small screaming, “Please don’t! I have a family!” Johnson was also reportedly seen leaving in Small’s car and returning in an Uber while sporting a blond wig.

Johnson also reportedly entered the apartment with a blue bin in tow, which he allegedly did not remove from the apartment. His alleged disguises aroused the building superintendent’s suspicion. “He is coming in, he is dressing differently, changing his character. I said, ‘That’s not normal, he is hiding something,’” the building superintendent told the New York Post, according to the report.

Investigators responding to the shots initially did not apprehend Johnson. (Read more from “Report: Police Charge Activist Who Appeared on Joe Rogan’s Show With Murder After Allegedly Finding Head, Torso” HERE)

New York to Deploy National Guard to Subway

The state of New York is sending the National Guard, State Police, and MTA cops into New York City subways, so commuters “feel safe” amid a leadership failure by the mayor that has devastated the city.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) announced Wednesday that she would deploy state law enforcement to the Big Apple subway network, as well as “teams of mental health workers,” to “help commuters and visitors to the city feel safe,” according to the New York Times.

The Times reports:

Additional law enforcement officers would add to an already large presence in the subways, where Mayor Eric Adams ordered an additional 1,000 officers in February following a 45 percent spike in major crimes in January compared with the same time last year.

Grand larcenies — thefts without the use of force — were a main driver of the January spike in crime, according to the police. Grand larcenies are defined by the police as major crimes, along with homicides, assaults and robberies.

Hochul is sending 1,000 members of State Police, National Guard, and MTA cops, ostensibly to conduct “bag checks.” It is unclear how that plan will be executed on the service that sees upward of three million riders per day. (Read more from “New York to Deploy National Guard to Subway” HERE)

WATCH: Migrants Attack Police in New York City Shelter

A video taken inside a New York City migrant shelter shows five New York Police Department (NYPD) officers trying to detain a struggling suspect as migrants pelt them with objects and seek to interfere with the arrest.

The incident occurred on February 15 as officers tried to detain a suspect at the Randall’s Island migrant shelter.

Hostile shelter residents surrounded the five officers and began to throw bottles, backpacks, and other items at them. Some pushed forward at the officers, attempting to interfere with the arrest. . .

Shelter security reportedly called in the NYPD when a man was “acting in a disorderly fashion,” according to the New York Daily News.

The suspect seen in the video, wearing a white shirt and being detained by the police, was reportedly not a shelter resident. (Read more from “WATCH: Migrants Attack Police in New York City Shelter” HERE)

Mayor Issues Stark Warning as Illegal Alien Crisis Engulfs America’s Biggest City

Mayor Eric Adams stressed with a sense of urgency that New York City has run ‘out of room,’ as the escalating migrant crisis engulfs not only the Big Apple, but other major cities across the U.S.

“Our hearts are endless, but our resources are not,” the NYC mayor recently told Fox Nation. “It’s not like New York is not saying we are not a city of immigrants. We are. We have a rich history of immigrants, but we can’t take the global problem and it become our problem. That is unfair to New Yorkers, and is unfair to migrants.”

Thanks to New York City’s sanctuary city policies, Eric Adams faces a predicament – the city is bursting at the seams and is struggling to find places to house everyone yet – thanks to these policies – he is unable to hand migrants who are repeat offenders over to I.C.E.

Thanks to a “right to shelter” rule enacted in the 1980s, he is also legally required to house everyone.

Sitting down with FOX 5 New York’s Rosanna Scotto for an interview featured on the Fox Nation special, “The Sanctuary Trap,” Adams pressed the point that NYC’s resources are strained, and that everything has reached capacity. Male Prisoner ‘Instructed’ by Staff to Claim He Was Trans to Gain Access to Female Inmates, Lure Them Into Prostitution Ring: Court Documents

A female former inmate who was housed in New York City’s Rikers Island jail has launched a suit against the city after claiming she was “repeatedly sexually assaulted” by a biological male inmate who claimed to be transgender and was housed in the women’s section.

Allegations in the suit accuse Riker’s Island staff of instructing the man to identify as trans so he could gain access to women and lure them into a prostitution ring that the suit states staff were familiar with.

The lawsuit, brought forth by the inmate only known as Rose Doe, was filed at the Bronx Supreme Court in November of 2023, Reduxx reports.

Rose Doe was housed at the Rose M Singer Center, which is the island’s only women’s facility. Around December of 2021, a male inmate was transferred into her unit after identifying as a woman. . .

The suit states that department records show the biological male was being investigated for alleged involvement in a prostitution ring operating on the island at the time the inmate was transferred to the women’s facility.
