Teacher: We're Overwhelmed by Illegal Kids

The headline of the story: “Schools Scramble to Help Teenagers Who Crossed the Border,” and I must warn you: The AP is not even calling them “undocumented migrants” anymore.

Now they are just “unaccompanied minors.” It’s from Frankford, Delaware. “American schools are scrambling to provide services to the large number of children and teenagers who crossed the border alone in recent months. Unaccompanied minors…” As I say, they’re no longer “undocumented migrants,” no longer “illegal immigrant children.” Nope. These are “unaccompanied minors who made up the summer spike at the border have moved to communities of all sizes, in nearly every state, Federal data indicates, to live with a relative and await immigration decisions.”

To live with relatives.

That’s the key to this. At least they want us to think it’s the key.

“The Supreme Court has ruled that schools have an obligation to educate all students regardless of their immigration status, so schools have become a safe haven for many of the tens of thousands of these young people mostly from central America living in limbo.” They’re not in limbo. They’re home free! That’s what’s happened here. They’re not in limbo. What is this limbo business? They’re home free. The taxpayers are gonna be paying through the nose for it.

Hell Freezes Over: Limbaugh Unloads on Republicans

Photo Credit: WNDListeners have been asking Rush Limbaugh why he hasn’t devoted much airtime to election-related polls or analyzing the Republican Party’s chances of triumphing in the next election.

Thursday, Limbaugh addressed these questions, explaining that he “is not gonna talk about something if I have to do it perfunctorily, if I’m not into it and don’t care about [it].”

And if he can’t get excited about “the nuts and bolts of the election,” he explained, it’s because he doesn’t know “what the Republican Party message is” anymore.

Polls show that Obama and the Democrats are less popular than they’ve been in years, but at the same time, Limbaugh noted, these polls don’t exactly foreshadow an upcoming Republican landslide, either.

Limbaugh tried to explain why.

Rush Limbaugh Explodes on ‘Corrupt’ GOP for Employing ‘Reprehensible’ Tactic Against Tea Party (+video)

Photo Credit: BreitbartConservative radio host Rush Limbaugh was fired up on Wednesday following Sen. Thad Cochran’s controversial victory over tea party-backed state Sen. Chris McDaniel in Mississippi on Thursday. Cochran reached out to traditionally Democratic voters – blacks and union members – in a last-ditch effort to beat McDaniel.

“The Republican establishment sought victory via Democrat voters in the runoff, and they got them. Without the African-American vote from Democrat-leaning counties, Thad Cochrane would have lost by eight or nine percent last night,” Limbaugh said, calling the tactic “reprehensible.”

Limbaugh cited a flyer, posted by journalist Charles Johnson that suggested McDaniel and the tea party wanted to prevent blacks from voting in the Mississippi runoff election on Tuesday. Cochran’s critics allege the longtime senator’s campaign was behind the flyers.

Rush Limbaugh: Why Media Ignores Benghazi

By Lucy Mccalmont.

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said Friday that the mainstream media is not covering Benghazi because it is an issue that he and Fox News are interested in.

“There are a lot of reporters who will discount Benghazi simply because of who is interested in it,” Limbaugh said, according to a transcript of his radio program “The Rush Limbaugh Show.” “For example, Fox is interested in it and it automatically is nothing. If I’m interested in it it doesn’t rate any interest, because Fox and me, all we want is to get Obama.”

Slamming its coverage of the 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic in Benghazi that left the ambassador and three others dead, Limbaugh said of the mainstream media, “They’re working with the regime to cover it up.”

Where was Obama? Question resurfaces of president’s whereabouts during Benghazi attack

By Fox News.

Republican senators on Friday put pressure on President Obama to confirm his whereabouts during the night of the Benghazi attack, after an ex-White House spokesman revived the debate by telling Fox News he was not in the Situation Room.

The detail about the president’s location the night of the attack is just one of many revelations that have, in a matter of days, kicked up the controversy to a level not seen since last year. After new emails were released raising questions about the White House response to the attack, a key panel on Friday subpoenaed Secretary of State John Kerry and House Speaker John Boehner announced a special investigative committee.

On Friday afternoon, three GOP senators wrote a letter to Obama asking about his whereabouts and spokesman Tommy Vietor’s comments to Fox News.

“Last night, the former Communications Director for the National Security Council, Tommy Vietor, stated that on the afternoon and night of September 11, 2012 — while the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya was under attack — that you never visited the White House Situation Room to monitor events,” they wrote.

Claiming that Americans still do not have an “accounting of your activities during the attack,” the senators asked him to confirm Vietor’s account. The letter was signed by Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz.; Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.; and Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H.

Rush Limbaugh: CBS ‘Declared War On The Heartland Of America’ (+audio)

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh is not happy with CBS’ hiring of comedian Stephen Colbert to replace David Letterman as host of “The Late Show.”

“CBS has just declared war on the heartland of America,” Limbaugh said on his radio show Thursday. “No longer is comedy going to be a covert assault on traditional American values [and] conservatives. Now, it’s just wide out in the open. What this hire means is a redefinition of what is funny and a redefinition of what is comedy.”

Rush Limbaugh Mocks NPR for Blaming Stephen Colbert’s Racist Tweet on HIM

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh taunted a National Public Radio host for defending liberal comedian Stephen Colbert’s racist tweet, accusing NPR of “circling the wagons” for Colbert by excusing the tweet as a parody of Limbaugh and other “ethnically stupid” conservatives.

Last week, Colbert courted controversy for a tweet sent out on his show’s official Twitter account, which many viewed as racist towards Asian-Americans:

fake_racism_wink_wink

The comedian distanced himself last week, blaming the Comedy Central staff of The Colbert Report (even though he said that exact line on his show). But a #CancelColbert hashtag quickly cropped up, forcing Colbert and the network into damage control mode.

“There was apparently this negative reaction the likes of which liberals are not used to,” Limbaugh described. “Apparently there was a huge blowback on this, and it caught them off guard, because they’re really not used to this kind of reaction of them being racist or sexist or bigoted or homophobic or what have you.”

Limbaugh: Drudge Shines Light on Ignorant Media

RUSH: I think the mainstream media is pig-ignorant of practically every discipline except party discipline. Now, here’s basically what happened. Matt Drudge is a self-employed small businessman.

As a result, Matt Drudge pays himself.

He does not have an employer. Therefore, he does not the get paychecks that contain all kinds of withholding for taxes and Medicare and FICA, Social Security, and whatever else. He has to pay all of his taxes separately and independently because they’re not deducted. As such, as a small businessman, Matt Drudge and millions of others just like him — including your harmless, lovable little fuzzball host — pay our taxes every quarter.

We have to pay what are called quarterly estimates. This is what Matt Drudge does, and it can get a little complicated. April 15th, the first payment is due. June the 15th, the second payment is due. September 15th, the third payment is due. And on January 15th of the next year, the fourth and final payment is due. Therefore, the first payment for the 2015 income tax year, Matt Drudge has to pay it on April the 15th, as does everybody else who files quarterly estimates.

This simple fact is something that the smartest (by reputation) mainstream media reporters simply cannot understand and cannot get their arms around. Matt Drudge sent out a tweet on Friday in which he said that his first quarterly estimate coming up in April he will be paying his Obamacare penalty for not having insurance. In his tweet, he called it “a liberty tax,” and the media jumped all over him!

They called him a liar. They told him he didn’t know what he was talking about. Mainstream media reporters! The White House jumped all over Drudge with their agents on Twitter, Facebook, and the rest of the mainstream media. They said that Drudge was lying to embarrass Obama, that Drudge didn’t know what he was talking about, that Drudge was stupid and that you don’t have to pay your Obamacare penalty until 2015 because it’s been delayed for a year.

Caddell Bombshell: GOP Establishment Wants the IRS to Go After the Tea Party

RUSH:…Pat Caddell said yesterday on Fox News that the reason Republican leadership has not pushed for a higher-level investigation of the IRS for targeting the Tea Party is because they want the IRS to go after the Tea Party. When you have 71% who want an investigation, 64% who believe it is a sign of corruption, including nearly a majority of Democrats, the reason is the establishment Republicans want the IRS to go after the Tea Party…

They want them to go after the Tea Party because the Tea Parties are an outside threat to their power hold. I’m telling you, the lobbying-consultant class of the Republican Party and Republican leadership, who have been attacking the Tea Party and alienating them, they want the IRS to do this. That’s why there hasn’t been any establishment Republican pushback on the IRS. It’s almost safe to say the Republican establishment might be willing to lose a couple of elections if it meant getting rid of the Tea Party; because it’s clear, folks, they don’t want to win any elections the Tea Party can claim any credit for.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: You gotta hear Pat Caddell. I mentioned this, but I want you to hear Pat Caddell say it. It was last night on the Fox report on the Fox News Channel, talking about the IRS targeting Tea Party groups.

CADDELL: The reason is, the establishment Republicans want the IRS to go after the Tea Parties. Got it? They want to go after the Tea Parties because the Tea Parties are an outside threat to their power hold, and I’m telling you, the lobbying, consulting class of the Republican Party and Republican leadership who have been attacking the Tea Parties and alienating them, they want the IRS to do this.

RUSH: That is a serious charge. That is a very, very serious charge, that the Republican establishment is aligned with Obama and is okay with Obama using the IRS to investigate the Tea Party. But it’s believable, because we know the Republican establishment, the political class in Washington, is spreading the word that they are not gonna criticize Hillary, it isn’t gonna happen, and we shouldn’t, either…

RINO’s Continue Suicidal March Against Tea Party:

Photo Credit: Greg NashRepublican leaders must keep Tea Party on the run

By Juan Williams.

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnel (R-Ky.) are now in position to end the Tea Party’s death grip on the Republican Party’s political future.

Last week, Boehner and McConnell faced down the Tea Party’s threat to cripple the government when they supported raising the nation’s debt ceiling. That move prevented GOP political suicide.

If the nation’s credit rating, stocks and the recovery went down the sewer because of Republicans’ refusal to raise the debt ceiling, the GOP’s chances in the midterm elections would have been severely damaged.

Having successfully defied the Tea Party on the debt ceiling, now it is time for Boehner and McConnell to use that momentum to pass three bills: An extension of unemployment benefits for people suffering long-term joblessness; a minimum wage hike; and, most important of all, immigration reform.

The Tea Party caucus in the House and the Tea Party star in the Senate – Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) — are never going to love Boehner or McConnell. Both Congressional leaders have tried for years to accommodate Tea Party passions but they can never do enough.

Limbaugh: Obama Fiddles While the Economy Burns

RUSH: Folks, you’ve heard the old saying, “Nero fiddled while Rome burned.” That is true. Rome was literally burning, and he could not have cared less. What people have forgotten about it is that Nero, he didn’t just fiddle while Rome burned; he started the fire. Nero wanted to burn down Rome in order to rebuild it in his own image. But to cover it up he blamed the Christians, who were then subsequently thrown to the lions.

Now, on my first trip to Rome, the tour guide told me that didn’t happen. He was interested in Rome not having a bad impression. He said, “You’ve heard that the Christians were given to the lions. It really didn’t happen,” he said. But, for all intents and purposes, it did. Now, if you ask me, the story of Nero fiddled while Rome burned and then adding to it he started the fire sounds familiar to me.

Barack Obama has, for five years, had control over the US economy. His policies, his specific economic policies are the reason this country is in dire economic straits. Obama’s policies are the reason why there is no recovery — and if you want to call it a recovery, go ahead. If you do, it’s the worst recovery in the history of this country. So there is an analogy, I think, to Nero here. Obama, by his own admission before he took office, during his campaign and after he was immaculated, bragged about transforming this country.

Limbaugh: ‘Partnered Parenting’ Used to be Called ‘Marriage’ (+video)

Photo Credit: APOn today’s show, Rush Limbaugh said that The New York Times wants “to bring about the end of the nuclear family.”

Limbaugh was discussing this article from the Times. He also talked about the website Partnered Parenting, in which 22 year old Rachel Hope connects people to have children in non-committal relationships:

“Is it a coincidence ladies and gentleman, that The New York Times would be focusing on the end of, the destruction of, the dissolving of, the nuclear family? While they have been championing the gay agenda, especially same-sex marriage more than any other newspaper on the planet? I’m telling you, this is an agenda, they’re not strictly reporting what is happening. It’s like the same way they use polling data, they want to bring about the end of the nuclear family.”
