Report: Biden’s HHS Imposes Gender Identity Pronoun Mandate on Employees (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is ordering its employees to defy biological reality by referring to transgender coworkers by their “preferred pronouns.”

The HHS, which employs approximately 80,000 people in the United States and abroad, imposed its new “Gender Identity and Non-Discrimination Guidance” late last week, which outlines “employee rights and protections related to gender identity,” according to an alleged HHS email sent to employees and obtained by Catholic News Agency (CNA).

“All employees should be addressed [by] the names and pronouns they use to describe themselves,” the HHS email reads.

The HHS also posted a video to YouTube — designated as “unlisted” — in which HHS Secretary Andrea Palm says the policy allows colleagues “to show up every day as their whole selves.”

Washington Post Torn to Shreds for Defending ‘Peeping’ Biological Male Living at Sorority House

The Washington Post penned a 5,000-word defense for a biological male identifying as a female to live with women at a sorority house at the University of Wyoming. The left-leaning media outlet received a barrage of negative responses for attempting to make excuses for the transgender individual – who has been accused of having an erect penis while “peeping” at sorority sisters.

As Blaze News previously reported, Artemis Langford became the first transgender individual to be accepted into the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority in October 2022. Langford was accepted into the sisterhood with a majority vote by KKG members.

However, some Kappa Kappa Gamma members later revealed that they were pressured into accepting Langford into the sorority because they feared being labeled as “homophobic” or “transphobic.”

Miss Universe Competition to Include at Least Two Trans Contestants

A 28-year-old flight attendant became the first transgender contestant to take home the title of Miss Portugal, adding to the number headed to the Miss Universe competition in El Salvador next month.

“Proud to be the first trans woman to compete for the Miss Universe Portugal title!” Marina Machete wrote in an Instagram post before the competition.

“For many years I wasn’t eligible to compete and now it’s such an honor to be a part of this incredible group of candidates!”

Machete will be the second transgender contestant headed to the Miss Universe competition next month, competing against Rikkie Valerie Kollé, another transgender contestant who made history by becoming the first biological male to claim the crown in the Netherlands in July. More and More Detransitioners Are Taking the Fight to the Doctors Who Ruined Their Lives

A “tidal wave” of detransitioners have sued their doctors over the transitions they received as minors, with many more to come, lawyers told the Daily Caller.

The law firm Campbell Miller Payne was established in 2023 by lawyers Jordan Campbell, Ron Miller, Josh Payne, and Daniel Sepulveda. The lawyers represent detransitioners in a number of high-profile cases, including Prisha Mosely and Soren Aldaco. Despite the newness of the firm, Campbell tells the Caller that they “average about one potential new client a week.”

“And that’s barely having gotten off the ground.”

“I think, frankly, we’re at the front end of a tidal wave coming the other direction,” Campbell told the Caller, “which is part of the reason I was willing to put my career on the line and go after this.”

Aldaco sued her medical providers for performing a botched mastectomy which left her “nipples literally peeling off of her chest” in July. Mosley alleges that a doctor concluded she was undergoing a “gender identity crisis” after one visit to the emergency room regarding an episode of self-harm, despite multiple comorbidities, such as an eating disorder and depression. Transvestites Taking Confusion-Affirming Hormones Face Up to 93% Greater Likelihood of Heart Disease

The cross-sex hormone therapies Democrats and other leftists want to make sure youths can access aren’t just deformative and destabilizing, but deadly.

A new study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology revealed that male transvestites taking feminizing hormones are 93% more likely to suffer heart disease than other men. Female transvestites taking testosterone are 63% more likely to suffer heart disease than other women.

Lead author Dr. Dorte Glintborg of Denmark’s Odense University Hospital noted in a 2021 study that “epidemiological studies in transgender women reported increased risk of acute myocardial infarction and stroke during feminizing treatment, whereas long-term, controlled studies regarding feminizing treatment and risk of arterial CVD are lacking.”

In an apparent follow-up last month, Glintborg determined that male transvestites taking cross-sex hormones were nearly twice as likely to suffer from any cardiovascular disease as men not taking hormones, reported the Telegraph.

While men are especially at risk, all individuals undergoing cross-sex conversion therapy face “significantly increased risk” of heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol levels. Judge Brands Transgenderism a ‘New Secular Faith’

A judge in Florida, in calling for the exoneration of a Christian teacher fired for declining to use a student’s “preferred” pronouns, has labeled the transgender ideology – promoted through the whole of government by Joe Biden – a “new secular faith.”

“Advocates of transgenderism can be as doctrinaire as religious zealots these days,” law judge John Van Laningham wrote in a dispute over the firing of science teacher Yojary Mundaray.

She was dismissed in 2019 by Jose de Deigo Middle School in Miami for a conversation with a student, a girl, who demanded the teacher refer to her as a boy.

According to a report on the situation that developed, cited by the Daily Mail, the student was scolded by Mundaray for “routine horse play.” At that point, the girl demanded the teacher refer to her as a boy, instructing the teacher “God made a mistake.”

School Investigates Students Who Chose To Use Private Bathroom For Implicit ‘Harassment’ Of Transgenders

After an Illinois school implemented a policy that allowed students who said they were transgender to use the bathroom of their choice, it said non-transgender students who were uncomfortable with the decision could opt to use the bathroom in the nurse’s office. What the school failed to anticipate was that so many students took it up on the offer that the line for the nurse’s bathroom began forming down the hall.

The miscalculation caused the superintendent to say the students were “harassing” the transgender students by opting for the private bathroom, according to records obtained by Parents Defending Education and shared first with The Daily Wire.

“When biologically male high school students came forward and stated they were uncomfortable with biological female students using male restrooms, we told those students they could use the nurse’s office restroom,” Waterloo Community Unit School District #5 Superintendent Brian Charron wrote to parents on March 17. “It was an effort to support those students’ comfort, but unfortunately, it resulted in a disruption.”

“The male students planned to use the nurse’s office restroom at the same time, resulting in a line,” he said, saying that students coordinated to use the bathroom at the same time to highlight how the new bathroom policy affected them.

“This line grew dramatically throughout the day with male and female students, filling the hallway and causing students to be tardy to or miss classes. These actions were not the appropriate way to send a message to the School District. We are investigating this behavior as planned harassment of transgender students,” he wrote, the records show. Top Scientist Has Meltdown When Confronted With Absurdity of Men in Women’s Sports

. . .On Saturday, world-renowned astrophysicist Niel deGrasse Tyson appeared on British comedian Konstantin Kisin’s “TRIGGERnometry” podcast to defend his recent statement that gender exists “on a spectrum.”

When Kisin asked Tyson about the comment, Tyson responded, “If who you decide is male and female in the street is a construct of style and trends, and what the beauty industrial complex wants you to see . . . then maybe some people want to be fluid within that gender.” . . .

Kisin and Tyson then moved on to discuss the pressing issue of men competing in women’s sports.

When Kisin pointed out that the differences between men and women were not just psychological but physical as well, giving them an advantage over women in sports, Tyson pointed out that athletes in several sports were already divided based on weight to even out the competition.

“Then you find ways to slice the population so that whatever the event is interestingly contested,” he said. “So, for example, I wrestled in my life. I was captain of my high school wrestling team. Court Affirms Laws Protecting Children From Body Mutilations

A federal appeals court has ruled that Kentucky and Tennessee are allowed to implement laws that protect children from certain transgender treatments, treatments that include surgical body mutilations.

Also impacted are schemes by medical professionals to use chemicals to alter their physical development.

The ruling from the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals was described in published reports as a “major setback” for the American Civil Liberties Union, which has advocated for those surgical procedures and has opposed any restrictions on them.

John Bursch, of the ADF, which has advocated for protections for children, explained, “Tennessee and Kentucky are right to protect minors from harmful, irreversible, and experimental medical procedures that can permanently alter children’s bodies without any proven long-term benefit.

“Children suffering discomfort with their sex are best served by compassionate mental health care. Even the far-from-impartial World Professional Association for Transgender Health has admitted that the overwhelming majority of children will naturally resolve their gender dysphoria as they mature. Jury Finds Former School Guilty of Crime Stemming From Trans Rape Coverup

A jury of six women and one man on Friday found ex-Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler guilty of using his position to retaliate against a teacher for cooperating with a grand jury investigating how the district handled sexual assault.

After a four-day trial plus a day of deliberations, the jury found that Ziegler wrongfully fired a teacher who had disclosed to Virginia investigators about mishandling of sexual assault in her classroom. Ziegler was convicted of using his official position to retaliate against someone for exercising their rights, and acquitted of punishing someone for testifying to a jury, both misdemeanors.

Ziegler could face up to 12 months in jail, a $2,500 fine, or both. Sentencing in the trial will occur on January 4, 2024, Judge Douglas Fleming Jr. said. Ziegler’s victim, former special education teacher Erin Brooks, clasped her hands in front of her mouth in emotion after the verdict was read.

Prosecutors appointed by Attorney General Jason Miyares, a Republican, said that after they began investigating the school district’s coverup of a bathroom rape, they spoke with Brooks, who disclosed an unrelated instance of mishandling of sexual assault by school administrators.
