Jury Finds Former School Guilty of Crime Stemming From Trans Rape Coverup

A jury of six women and one man on Friday found ex-Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler guilty of using his position to retaliate against a teacher for cooperating with a grand jury investigating how the district handled sexual assault.

After a four-day trial plus a day of deliberations, the jury found that Ziegler wrongfully fired a teacher who had disclosed to Virginia investigators about mishandling of sexual assault in her classroom. Ziegler was convicted of using his official position to retaliate against someone for exercising their rights, and acquitted of punishing someone for testifying to a jury, both misdemeanors.

Ziegler could face up to 12 months in jail, a $2,500 fine, or both. Sentencing in the trial will occur on January 4, 2024, Judge Douglas Fleming Jr. said. Ziegler’s victim, former special education teacher Erin Brooks, clasped her hands in front of her mouth in emotion after the verdict was read.

Prosecutors appointed by Attorney General Jason Miyares, a Republican, said that after they began investigating the school district’s coverup of a bathroom rape, they spoke with Brooks, who disclosed an unrelated instance of mishandling of sexual assault by school administrators. Biden Admin Proposal Would Take Kids Out of Foster Homes That Don’t Affirm Their ‘Gender Identity’

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a proposed rule Wednesday that would require states to “transfer” foster children from families who do not support their “gender identity,” a copy of the rule showed.

Under the proposed rule, children in the foster care system will only be placed with families who the HHS classifies as a “safe and appropriate placement,” meaning families must use a child’s “identified pronouns” and “chosen name,” the rule said. “Safe” families will undergo extensive training to “provide” for the child’s “needs,” and the state will transfer fostered children away from families who do not “support” their “self-identified gender identity and expression,” upon completion of an investigation.

“In certain cases, we anticipate that a report from a LGBTQI+ youth that they feel their placement is not safe or appropriate should merit a response of great urgency from the agency,” HHS wrote in the proposed rule. “For example, given the extensive evidence that LGBTQI+ youth who face bullying, discrimination, or harassment related to their sexual orientation or gender identity are at significantly increased risk of violence or self-harm, we anticipate that agencies should respond with urgency when a LGBTQI+ child raises concerns that a placement that is not safe and appropriate.”

Over 1,000 School Districts Allow Teachers to Hide Transgender Status of Students From Their Guardians, Parents’ Group Claims

Parents’ rights group Parents Defending Education released a list of what it says are over 1,000 school districts where teachers can keep information regarding a child’s gender confusion hidden from parents.

The list, which the group says is not comprehensive, details 1,044 school districts in the United States that have “Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Policies that openly state that district personnel can or should keep a student’s transgender status hidden from parents.”

The districts total 18,331 schools teaching a whopping 10.7 million students.

“We are still getting tips that are pouring in every day,” the group’s president, Nicole Neily, told Just the News. “We actually released this number initially in March, and then we identified about 200 counties. … This number keeps growing across the country,” she explained.

Democrats Silent on Giving Awards to Ukraine’s Transgender Spokesperson

Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and Congresswoman Dina Titus have gone quiet after it emerged they both gave awards to the controversial transgender spokesperson for the Ukrainian military Sarah Ashton-Cirillo, who was recently suspended from the role over making unauthorised comments on the force’s behalf.

In December of last year, the Las Vegas City Council presented Ashton-Cirillo with a series of awards for service to the Ukrainian military. According to a broadcast from the local Fox affiliate at the time, Senator Cortez Masto and Congresswoman Titus gave Ashton-Cirillo certificates of recognition for the work done in Ukraine, allegedly including serving as a combat medic. . .

Ashton-Cirillo has come under increasing scrutiny following statements made on social media, including threats to “hunt down” people who spread supposed Russian propaganda. As Breitbart reported, Senator J.D. Vance wrote to top Biden administration officials to question if the White House supported free speech protections in Ukraine and if Ashton-Cirillo had any connections to the U.S. government or intelligence agencies.

In response, Ashton-Cirillo accused Sen. Vance of spreading “gender chaos”, while asserting that those who engage in so-called Russian propaganda could not claim to be journalists and therefore are not entitled to free speech protections and must be sent to prison as “war criminals”.

Indoctrination: NFL Trans Cheerleader’s Focus Is to ‘Inspire’ Youth

The NFL’s first transgender cheerleader is speaking out. Not only is he voicing opposition to bans on hormonal therapy and supporting males competing in women’s sports. He’s also saying he wants his story to serve as an inspiration for trans kids.

Justine Lindsay, a cheerleader on the Carolina Panthers TopCats squad, recently gave an interview to Elle magazine in which he explained what he sees as the historical significance of his position.

“Everything that I’m going through now, it’s bigger than me,” he told Elle. “I’m setting things up for the younger generation. No one is going to stop this show.”

Huh? Over 90% Of Voters Say Sexually Explicit Images in ‘Gender Queer’ Are ‘Inappropriate’: Poll

More than 90% of voters said they think the sexually explicit cartoons and descriptions in the book “Gender Queer” are inappropriate for public school libraries, a new poll shows.

“Gender Queer” is a graphic novel with explicit sexual content that has shown up in public school libraries across the country, outraging many parents. The book includes illustrations of sex between two males with a sex toy, oral sex, masturbation, and other sexually explicit content.

A total of 93% of people found inappropriate “Gender Queer’s” images of “people putting their mouths up to other people’s genitals” according to the new poll from Republican polling firm WPA Intelligence, which was provided to The Daily Wire.

Meanwhile, 91% of people said they found inappropriate the book’s “images and descriptions of a man touching his genitals, two boys engaging in sexual activities, and a boy imagining sexual acts being performed,” the poll found.

Another Razor Company Slammed After Showcasing Trans Model With Chest Scars

The razor manufacturing company Braun is being slammed for a “shockingly immoral” promo featuring a shirtless woman who identifies as transgender and has visible mastectomy scars.

The Telegraph reported on Monday that the U.K. branch of the grooming company has featured a woman identifying as a man to model the company’s Series X hybrid trimmers. The female model appears to have undergone a double mastectomy, a procedure frequently done when women who identify as men have their breasts removed to look less feminine.

“Promoting the removal of healthy breast tissue is not only shockingly immoral, but against advertising standards guidance to not glamourise or trivialize cosmetic surgery,” Maya Forstater, the executive director of Sex Matters, told the Telegraph. “The campaign perpetuates the terrible lie that women can become men if they have their breasts removed and take hormones.”

“Braun executives must have been living under a rock if they think that this campaign represents ‘inclusivity.’ The reality is that Braun has now written itself into history as promoting social contagion and what will become one of the most notorious medical scandals,” she added. US Insanity: First State to Recognize ‘Transgender History Month’

The California Assembly made history Wednesday after passing a resolution to recognize August as Transgender History Month, making the Golden State the first in the nation to take the progressive plunge.

“I believe that as Californians our strongest defense against the anti-trans agenda is just to tell the truth. Let’s tell the truth about transgender people’s lives, and let’s lift up the history of the transgender Californians who left their mark on our great state,” said Assembly member Matt Haney, the San Francisco Democrat who authored the bill, according to FOX 40 in Sacramento.

The development comes amid a slew of outrage surrounding school gender policies in the state, including state Attorney General Rob Bonta’s lawsuit against the Chino Valley Unified School District [CVUSD] Board of Education “to immediately halt the enforcement” of its mandatory gender identity disclosure policy.

A judge temporarily blocked the district from enforcing the policy on Wednesday.

Set to be initially recognized next year, Transgender History Month recognizes the contributions and history of the trans community while, in the hopes of some supporting the idea, raising awareness about the community’s lived experiences. Thousands of U.S. Children Underwent Gender Transition: Study

Thousands of children have undergone gender transition surgeries in recent years, following a trend that has “increased significantly,” according to the Journal of the American Medical Association.

The study identified 48,019 Americans of all ages who had undergone some form of gender dysphoria-related surgery in the United States between 2016 and 2019.

Nearly 4,000 of those were between the ages of 12 and 18. The reasoning for including 18-year-olds, the age of adulthood, in the younger cohort was not explained, so it is unclear by the study how many who are legally children were given the surgeries.

However, a recent Vanderbilt University study found that 489 children between the ages of 12 and 17, with a median age of 16, had gotten their breasts removed in a double mastectomy in 2019 alone.

“It turns out that not only have minors been receiving sex change procedures in the United States, as gender ideology advocates have argued, but it’s been happening to thousands of kids and it’s continuing to grow,” Terry Schilling, president of American Principles Project, told the Washington Examiner. “The reality is that trans is not a civil rights movement. District Attorney Blocked From Enforcing State Law Shielding Kids From Explicit Performances

A federal judge blocked a Tennessee district attorney from enforcing the state’s law shielding children from sexually explicit performances ahead of a “Pride” event after he was sued by the American Civil Liberties Union.

The judge’s ruling comes after the ACLU filed a lawsuit this week against Blount County DA Ryan Desmond, who sent a letter to Blount County Pride saying that any explicit performances in front of children would not be allowed at a “Pride” event on September 2 just south of Knoxville. Video has emerged from “Pride” events across the country of explicit drag performances with children present and looking on.

“It is certainly possible that the event in question will not violate any of the criminal statutes,” Desmond said. “However if sufficient evidence is presented to this office that these referenced criminal statutes have been violated, our office will ethically and justly prosecute these cases in the interest of justice.”

Desmond had a temporary restraining order placed on him by U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer meaning that he is blocked from enforcing Tennessee’s Adult Entertainment Act. Also part of the suit was Flamy Grant, who has been portrayed in the media as a “Christian” drag performer.
