This State’s ‘Parent Bill of Rights’ Would Allow Parents to Sue Schools That Exploit Kids

The Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate have passed a “parent bill of rights” that would allow parents to sue schools that fail to inform them about their child’s gender or social transition, according to the bill.

The bill is sitting on the desk of Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, according to The Federalist. It mirrors bills advanced or alluded to in other states including Indiana, Texas, Kansas, Florida, Virginia, Missouri, and Georgia.

Wisconsin’s bill mandates that parents have “the right to review all medical records related to the child, unless specified otherwise in law or court order,” “the right to determine the names and pronouns used for the child while at school,” and “the right to review instructional materials and outlines used by the child’s school.”

Politicians in Major US City Named for 2020 Presidential Election ‘Bribery’

A complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Elections Commission bringing bribery allegations against the mayor, a former mayor and the city clerk of Milwaukee over their actions leading up to and during the 2020 president election.

Officials with the Thomas More Society, acting on behalf of a Milwaukee voter, levied the claims against Milwaukee Acting Mayor Cavalier Johnson, former Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and City Clerk Jim Owczarski.

The allegations are that the officials acted in violation of Wisconsin’s bribery law by “accepting private money from the Center for Tech and Civic Life in order to facilitate in-person and absentee voting and to purchase and place absentee ballot drop boxes.”

The complaint also charges that the city’s absentee ballot drop boxes actually were illegal under state law.

“This is representative of a national trend, explained Erick Kaardal, a Thomas More Society special counsel. “Sixteen states have now passed legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officers. Thomas More Society attorneys, prior to the 2020 election, were the first to litigate this issue. Thomas More Society lawyers filed litigation in nine states. Wisconsin Special Counsel Alleges Massive Misconduct in 2020 Election

Special Counsel Michael Gableman says in a 136-page interim report that he has uncovered numerous instances of alleged lawbreaking in Wisconsin in the 2020 election.

The former justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court was hired last summer by the Republican Speaker of the State Assembly, Robin Vos, to investigate suspected election fraud during the 2020 presidential election.

In the report released March 1, Gableman wrote that his investigation uncovered instances of numerous mentally incompetent nursing home residents, non-citizens, and ineligible felons casting votes.

He cited the use by municipal and county clerks of unstaffed absentee ballot drop-boxes, in violation of state law.

Laws were also allegedly violated when the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) allegedly exceeded its authority by ordering local election officials to disregard state statutes that regulate absentee voting. Special Counsel Finds ‘Widespread Election Fraud’ in 2020 Nursing Homes

“Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities,” according to the Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report filed on March 1 with the Wisconsin Assembly. That conclusion represents but one of the key findings of election irregularities detailed in the nearly 150-page report—a report that also confirms the conclusion of the Racine County Sheriff’s office last fall that fraud occurred at nursing homes in Wisconsin.

Special Counsel Michael Gableman, the retired state Supreme Court justice appointed by the Wisconsin Assembly to investigate integrity concerns about the 2020 election, vetted more than 90 nursing homes in five different counties before concluding there was “widespread election fraud at Wisconsin nursing homes in November of 2020.”

According to the report, nursing home staff and administrators illegally handled absentee ballots, illegally assisted with “marking” residents’ ballots, illegally “witnessed” the voting, and possibly included forgery of the elderly residents’ signatures. Mom Says 5-Year-Old Child Accessed Porn Website, ‘Inappropriate Content’ With School Ipad

Students at a Wisconsin school district were able to access pornography on their school’s iPads for months due to a lack of “working” filters, according to the mom of a student who accessed the material and spoke during the public comment portion of the district’s school board meeting Tuesday.

Kindergarteners at Burleigh Elementary School at Elmbrook Schools in Brookfield, Wisconsin were exposed to pornography and “other inappropriate content” on a school-issued iPad, because it had “no working filter” outside of the school environment between September 2021 and Nov. 22, 2021, mother Elizabeth Theis said during the public comment portion of the school board meeting.

The school district told the Daily Caller News Foundation that it “checked those devices and did not find any access to inappropriate content.” . . .

“So all 5k [kindergarteners] and first graders in the Elmbrook school district who brought home iPads this fall had unfiltered access to the internet,” she said.

“On one occasion this fall while at home, my five year old child on the school issued iPad, typed in searches like E, F, F, G, G, [on Google] and accessed multiple pages on a pornography website, videos on YouTube of people smoking, a Russian password hacking website and a YouTube like website with absurd, inappropriate videos from all over the world,” she added. Darrell Brooks, 39, allegedly used a red Ford Escape to plow through revelers at an annual Christmas celebration in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday, but his life of crime started 22 years ago when he was just 17 years old.

Over the next two decades, Brooks would proceed to wreak havoc across three states as he racked up convictions for abusing his partners, raping and impregnating a teenager and a consistent streak of other violent crimes.

A review of his history — patched together from court documents, criminal records, interviews and public records — reveals that all along the way, not a single social safety net caught him, until it was too late. . .

After Waukesha Parade Tragedy, ‘Friendsgiving’ Opens Its Doors to All and Raises Funds for Community

By Yahoo News. Tony Davis’ plan for a “Friendsgiving” of 10 to 20 people Thursday became a gathering for anyone needing a sense of community after the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy just days earlier.

Craft Lounge on Main Street in Waukesha became that gathering place Thursday afternoon, its large front windows overlooking the street where a driver just days earlier had torn through the parade, killing six and injuring scores more.

On a nearby street corner were candles and flowers and a sign that read, “Waukesha STRONG!”

“There are a lot of people out there that we just don’t want to leave alone after this,” Davis, 42, of Brookfield said of his rationale for opening up the event to anyone.

On one side of the room, tables were piled high with items for a silent auction that will benefit the United for Waukesha Fund set up by the city and United Way. Davis estimated about 50 items would be auctioned, including about $3,000 worth of items donated by Blain’s Farm & Fleet. GoFundMe Yanks Bail Fundraiser for Waukesha Suspect Darrell Brooks

A page set up on the crowdfunding platform GoFundMe for the man accused of killing six and injuring dozens more when he allegedly plowed his SUV through a Christmas parade has been shut down after critics pointed out the campaign.

Screenshots of the since-removed fundraising effort on Darrell Brooks’ behalf show that a campaign was created with a goal of $5 million, the amount of bail on which the suspect is being held. First reported by Law Enforcement Today, the GoFundMe page explained that “our dear friend Darrell Brooks was arrested for allegedly driving his car into a parade, as someone who knows Darrell personally I can tell you that he would NEVER do such a thing and I know he is innocent of what he was charged with.”

Due to the campaign organizer’s apparent belief in Brooks’ innocence, he explained that the fundraiser was created to get the money necessary to make bail “so Darrell can be released and speak his truth to his side of the story… in a purely political and racist trial.” The campaign’s description ended with the hashtags “BLM” and “No Justice No Peace.”

But GoFundMe isn’t supposed to allow campaigns to raise funds for the legal defense of individuals accused of violent crime. . .

A spokesperson for GoFundMe told Fox Business that the individual who initially created the crowdfunding campaign for Brooks’ legal defense has been banned from organizing future fundraising efforts on the platform. DA Admitted Progressive Reforms Would Mean Someone Would Get Killed: ‘It’s Guaranteed’

The district attorney facing criticism after the alleged Waukesha Christmas parade crash killer was freed on bond two days before the carnage previously admitted his progressive reforms “guaranteed” killers could be put back on the street.

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm, who was elected to the position in 2007, has spent his career supporting cash-bail system reform because he argues it criminalizes poverty.

In an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel the year he was elected, Chisholm said: “Is there going to be an individual I divert, or I put into treatment program, who’s going to go out and kill somebody?”

“You bet. Guaranteed. It’s guaranteed to happen. It does not invalidate the overall approach.”

Chisholm has long pushed to divert nonviolent offenders away from the prison system with alternate programs, and has spoken previously about reducing the number of incarcerations in Milwaukee County. Waukesha Christmas Parade Attack Suspect Should Have Never Been Out on the Streets; Alleged Attacker Rapped About George Floyd, Black Power, Anti-Police Rhetoric

By New York Post. The man arrested over the deadly Christmas parade attack in Wisconsin should have been behind bars following an arrest earlier this month, but was released on an “inappropriately low” bond days before the attack, the district attorney admitted Monday.

Darrell Brooks, 39, is charged with five counts of intentional homicide over the deadly crash on Sunday in Waukesha that left five dead and at least 48 injured, police said.

Brooks was out on bond at the time of Sunday’s tragedy after allegedly punching the mother of his child and hitting her with his car in a Milwaukee gas station parking lot on Nov. 2, according to court documents.

He was arrested and charged that same day with resisting or obstructing an officer, reckless endangering safety, disorderly conduct, bail jumping and battery.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office said Monday it had launched an internal probe into how Brooks was given such a low bond given the seriousness of the charges and his criminal history. Alleged Wisconsin Christmas Parade Attacker Rapped About George Floyd, Black Power, Anti-Police Rhetoric

By National File. Alleged Wisconsin Christmas Parade slayer Darrell E. Brooks previously rapped about George Floyd, Eric Garner, “black power,” anti-white racism, and frequently used anti-police rhetoric in his music. . .

The alleged assailant appears to have been identified as Darrell E. Brooks, otherwise known as rapper MathBoi Fly. Brooks, now in custody, is a black man in his 30’s according to reports by Karol Markowicz. . .

“The man in custody over the mass casualty incident at the #Waukesha, Wis. Christmas parade has posts on his social media in support of BLM causes, George Floyd & black nationalism. He also has a post about how to get away with running people over on the street,” Ngo tweeted.

In one of MathBoi Fly’s songs, the individual raps about the aforementioned subjects. “They done got another victim like it’s Eric Garner, they make it hard to breathe like it’s George Floyd, middle finger to police blood don’t get me started,” Brooks appears to have said in a song titled MINNESOTA. “Had his knee on his neck wouldn’t get off him, we ain’t doing no more marching time to get retarded, military police imma go regardless.”
