His mother died six months ago, but the health department just sent her a letter saying she is COVID-19 positive.

Troy Whittington said he was surprised when he opened the letter this week from the Shelby County Health Department. He knew what was in that letter was false. . .

Whittington said a letter arrived from the Shelby County Health Department for his mother, Sandra Whittington. The letter says she has been diagnosed as COVID positive and needed to isolate.

Vitamin D3 Mixed With Hydroxychloroquine Shows Promise in Treating COVID-19: Study

By Washington Examiner. A new study finds that COVID-19 patients with acute respiratory infections may improve with a regimen of Vitamin D3, hydroxychloroquine, and azithromycin.

The study was published in the Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and employed a randomized controlled trial, considered the gold standard in medical research, on patients who had COVID-19-related pneumonia in a hospital in Spain. All patients were given hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, and one group was given Vitamin D3 (calcifediol) while the other group was not. Hydroxychloroquine is an “ionophore” that can transport particular molecules across a cell membrane, while azithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat lung infections.

Trump Promises to ‘Fully Defund’ Planned Parenthood in Second Term

President Donald Trump has formally identified what he intends to do for the preborn should he win a second term in office, following controversy over his campaign releasing a second-term agenda document that failed to mention abortion.

“As I seek re-election this November, I need your help in contrasting my bold pro-life leadership with Joe Biden’s abortion extremism,” Trump says in a letter to pro-life supporters.

“The Democratic Party unequivocally supports abortion-on-demand, up until the moment of birth, and even infanticide — leaving babies to die after failed abortions. Joe Biden’s embrace of this extreme position is most evidenced by his support for taxpayer funding of abortion on-demand. Forcing taxpayers to pay for abortions is an abhorrent position that must be defeated at the ballot box. Joe Biden has doubled down on these positions with his selection of abortion extremist Kamala Harris as his running mate.”

Pelosi Used Shuttered California Hair Salon for Blow-Out, Owner Calls It ‘Slap in the Face’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited a San Francisco hair salon on Monday afternoon for a wash and blow-out, despite local ordinances keeping salons closed amid the coronavirus pandemic, Fox News had learned.

In security footage obtained by Fox News, and timestamped Monday at 3:08 p.m. Pacific Time, the California powerhouse is seen walking through eSalon in San Francisco with wet hair, and without a mask over her mouth or nose. . .

Salons in San Francisco had been closed since March and were only notified they could reopen on Sept. 1 for outdoor hairstyling services only.

Salon owner Erica Kious, in a phone interview with Fox News on Tuesday, shared details of Pelosi’s visit. Kious explained she has independent stylists working for her who rent chairs in her salon. . .

“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” Kious told Fox News, adding that she “can’t believe” the speaker didn’t have a mask on. U.S. Marshals Rescue Another 25 Missing and Sex-Trafficked Children

Working with state and local authorities, U.S. Marshals rescued 25 missing and endangered children from Ohio in what remains an ongoing effort called Operation Safety Net.

The missing children ranged in age between 13 and 18 and were found across the state of Ohio and as distant as Miami, Florida.

“These are kids that have been abused, neglected. Some involved in human trafficking,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliot told WOIO-TV. “Sometimes the situations they – they go to, believe it or not, may be better than the situations they left from. We’ve had some cases where the mother and or father, or both, may have been prostituting their own child.”

Pharmacy Workers Told Not to Call Patients About Medication Handled by Sick Employees

CVS Health clarified its policy on Monday after one of the company’s district leaders in Georgia allegedly instructed local pharmacy employees not to notify customers whose prescriptions had been filled by someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

In a leaked email provided by a CVS pharmacy technician in Georgia, a district leader told workers to remove prescriptions that had been filled by an employee who tested positive from shelves, Business Insider reported. Workers were apparently told not to call customers who had already picked up the affected prescriptions.

CVS Health spokesman Michael DeAngelis said the instructions dictating when or when not to contact customers did not originate from the company’s corporate office and was not indicative of a company-wide policy. He confirmed CVS policy calls for employees to quarantine and replace any medication handled by someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

“It is not our policy to prohibit our pharmacies from informing patients if their prescription was filled when an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 worked in the pharmacy,” the CVS spokesman said. Rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson made waves this week, telling Variety that not only is cancel culture unfair, but it’s targeting straight men who don’t have any organizations to back them up.

In a video interview with Variety’s Andrew Wallenstein on Wednesday, Jackson lamented the impact cancel culture has had on the lives of so many people who have worked hard to get where they are. . .

“I think it’s so unfair, too, to the people that are canceled. Some of them have worked all their lives to position themselves the way they are, and you’re saying that one thing you said that someone didn’t like [results in being canceled],” Jackson said.

“We’re talking about people who have organizations and — whatever their preferences are,” he continued.

“You a heterosexual male? Traditional choices? You like women?” the rapper asked. “If you say something about someone who chooses something different, there’s organizations set up that start sending things around to get signatures and stuff,” which lead to the targets getting canceled. 39 Missing or Endangered Kids Rescued in ‘Operation Not Forgotten’ Bust

Nearly 40 missing or endangered children have been rescued by federal and state agents in Georgia, as part of “Operation Not Forgotten,” according to authorities.

Thirteen missing children were found and an additional 26 endangered children were rescued during a two-week operation in Atlanta and Macon, The U.S. Marshals Service announced Thursday.

The missing children were considered to be “some of the most at-risk and challenging recovery cases” and some were likely victims of child sex trafficking, child exploitation, abuse and had medical or mental health conditions, officials said.

As part of the operation, investigators cleared 26 arrest warrants and filed additional charges for alleged crimes related to sex trafficking, parental kidnapping, registered sex offender violations, drugs and weapons possession, and custodial interference. Activist Paints ‘Baby Lives Matter’ Outside Planned Parenthood

Anti-abortion activist Tayler Hansen painted the phrase “Baby Lives Matter” on the street outside two women’s health clinics in Charlotte, N.C., this week.

The first one was painted outside of a Planned Parenthood facility, and the other was painted on the street near a clinic called, “A Preferred Women’s Health Center.”

Hansen said he is “trying to raise awareness in a truly peaceful way.” He’s painted the same phrase in Salt Lake City, Richmond and Washington.

WBTV’s Sky 3 took a picture of the mural outside the Planned Parenthood clinic, before it was painted over by other activists.

By Breitbart. President Donald Trump continued his commitment to the unborn Thursday evening during his formal acceptance speech at the White House on the last night of the Republican National Convention (RNC).

Trump drew a stark contrast between his pro-life policies and the pro-abortion agenda of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, one that would codify Roe v. Wade, fully fund Planned Parenthood, and force American taxpayers to fund abortion on demand:

Joe Biden claims he has empathy for the vulnerable – yet the party he leads supports the extreme late-term abortion of defenseless babies right up to the moment of birth. Democrat leaders talk about moral decency, but they have no problem with stopping a baby’s beating heart in the 9th month of pregnancy.

“Democrat politicians refuse to protect innocent life, and then they lecture us about morality and saving America’s soul?” the president questioned. “Tonight, we proudly declare that all children, born and unborn, have a God-given right to life.”

Ben Carson: ‘What Is Racist Is the Fact That African Americans Have the Highest Abortion Rate’

By Breitbart. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson said at the Republican National Committee’s 2020 convention on Thursday that President Donald Trump is not a racist and that the real racism taking place in this country is the high rate of abortion among blacks.

“President Trump does not dabble in identity politics,” Carson said. “He wants everyone to succeed and believes in the adage, ‘a rising tide lifts all boats.’ Many on the other side love to incite division by claiming that President Trump is a racist. They could not be more wrong.” He went on to say.

Years ago, Jesse Jackson gave Donald Trump an award for the economic opportunities he created for black people. In Palm Beach, Florida, Donald Trump led the crusade to allow blacks and Jews into private clubs and resorts. One of the first things he did as president was bring the Office of Historically Black Colleges and Universities into the White House so that it could get proper attention and financial support. Before the pandemic, African American unemployment was at an all-time low.
