Anti-Porn Laws Are Sweeping the Country, but There’s One Crucial Problem Lawmakers Will Need to Confront

Pornographic websites now have to verify the age of their users in several states, yet some advocates are claiming that the laws not only invade user privacy, but are also difficult — if not impossible — to enforce.

The pornography industry has argued in court that these laws would force pornographic websites to keep a database of sensitive information regarding their viewers. The industry also claims that the laws are easily evaded, meaning bad actors in the industry could operate black market sites that capitalize on exploitation and illegal content. The Free Speech Coalition, which is representing PornHub in a lawsuit in Texas, argued in a complaint that the law is “the least effective and yet also the most restrictive means of accomplishing Texas’ stated purpose of allegedly protecting minors.”

Likely fearing some sort of enforcement mechanism, PornHub did block users in certain states before the laws took effect, including Mississippi, Virginia and Utah. Users who try to visit PornHub’s website in these states are met with a message from a fully-clothed pornographic film star explaining why the site is no longer available.

“While safety and compliance are at the forefront of our mission, giving your ID card every time you want to visit an adult platform is not the most effective solution for protecting our users, and in fact, will put children and your privacy at risk,” the message reads.

‘Quickly Turned Horrific’: Family Hears Woman Screaming as She’s Euthanized

The euthanasia program in Belgium has come under fire again, following news that a woman was suffocated with a pillow after the cocktail of drugs administered to her failed to end her life.

Le Soir, a European media outlet, reported that Alexina Wattiez, who was just 36 years old, sought euthanasia after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. In 2021, her doctor informed her that she would not survive for another year, and by March of 2022, her health was deteriorating.

Christophe Stulens, Wattiez’s partner, was there when she died, along with his 15-year-old daughter, Tracy. A doctor and two nurses came to the home that the three shared to carry out the euthanasia. “After a short night’s sleep, I was woken up by a nurse who told me that Alexina was doing very badly,” Stulens said. “Then the doctor took some syringes and we were asked if we wanted to say goodbye.”

Stulens and his daughter were told to wait outside, so they went onto the terrace, but what they thought would be a peaceful death quickly turned horrific: they heard screaming. . .

An autopsy was performed, and found that Wattiez died of asphyxiation. Allegedly, the nurses took turns using a pillow to suffocate her. “Alexina wanted to sleep peacefully, but apparently there were too few resources,” Stulens said. The Public Prosecution Service of Liège has now opened a murder investigation, while Stulens is suing. Male Gets Crowned Homecoming Queen, Beating Out Numerous Girls

A Kansas City school is being mocked online for a decision to pick a boy to be homecoming queen. . .

It’s happened at Oak Park High in Kansas City, Missouri.

The students “just got sent a message loud and clear; boys are just better at things than girls are. Even at being a girl,” explained Libs of TikTok.

The report explained, “Tristan Young, a male student who identifies as a female, was crowned the homecoming queen this week. He beat out four lovely female candidates because actually identifying as the gender that you are is like, sooo 2010.” . . .

“We spoke with a parent in the district who asked to remain anonymous and she was disgusted by the district’s actions. She told us, ‘I’m appalled by NKC Schools’ continued support of the LGBT agenda. NKC Schools says they are ‘Champions for All Students’ yet by embracing radical political statements like this they not only indoctrinate children, but they are placing certain student populations over others. Having two homecoming ‘queens’ that are boys is a disgrace to the NKC Schools community. I hope more parents, community members and district employees start speaking out and start protecting children,'” the report explained. Day Care Where Tot Died of Suspected Od Was ‘Obvious Drug Front’ With Adults Going In and Out — But Just Passed Inspection

It was an open secret that the Bronx day-care center where a tot died from suspected fentanyl exposure was operating as a drug front, a neighbor told The Post on Monday — raising crucial questions about how the site managed to pass a state inspection just days before.

Divino Nino Daycare owner Grei Mendez De Ventura, 36, put a business sign outside the basement space in the Kingsbridge building touting the day-care site more than a year ago — yet there were never any kids going in and out, claimed a woman who lives next door.

“We all said, ‘Drugas.’ How could you not know?” said the longtime resident, 69, who declined to give her name. “It was a day-care for a year with no children. For one year, she had a day-care with no children but people go in. But no babies?

“A day-care with no children and men coming in and out. Yes, we knew something. We knew something, something was not good happening there,” the woman said.

The neighbor claimed Ventura wouldn’t even allow her own child to go into the tiny facility, which became licensed to legally operate as a day-care in May — four months before a 1-year-old boy died and at least three other children were sickened there Friday. Russell Brand Vehemently Denies Sexual Assault Allegations in Viral Video Statement

Actor and podcast host Russell Brand on Saturday posted a video online denying allegations of sexual assault, which were reported hours later by The Sunday Times, and accusing the outlet of engaging in a “coordinated attack” to defame him.

The Sunday Times report said four women, whose names have not been disclosed, have accused Brand of sexual misconduct from 2006 to 2013, which was the height of Brand’s mainstream fame. One woman claims Brand raped her, while another alleged victim, who is now 31, says Brand sexually assaulted her when she was 16 years old (the age of consent in the UK).

“Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks, are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute,” Brand said on video platform Rumble.

“These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies. And as I’ve written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous,” he continued. “Now, during that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely always consensual.” . . .

“There are witnesses whose evidence directly contradicts the narratives that these two mainstream media outlets are trying to construct, apparently, in what seems to me to be a coordinated attack,” Brand countered. “I feel like I’m being attacked, and obviously they are working very closely together.” (Read more from “Russell Brand Vehemently Denies Sexual Assault Allegations in Viral Video Statement” HERE)

My Pediatrician Discharged My Kids Because I Objected to Gender Ideology

I didn’t know that asking for an exam room free from sexualization and gender ideology would cause my pediatrician to discharge my kids from her care.

My now-former pediatrician installed on the wall of every exam room a “Safe Zone” rainbow triangle sticker with the words “sexual orientation,” “gender expression,” and “gender identity.” Meticulously placed in front of the exam table and at a child’s eye level, it was the first thing my daughter noticed on the otherwise blank walls. She asked me to read the words and tell her what they meant. She was five years old and just learning to read.

I told the doctor this was inappropriate sexual content on the wall and there will be no talk of this sticker with my daughter, but when my daughter asked about the sticker again, the doctor told her, “it’s about being inclusive.” This confused my daughter even more.

After a tense disagreement (in another room) about the politics of the sticker, my doctor agreed that it was reasonable to place younger children in exam rooms without the sticker. But she never placed my children in another room or returned my follow-up calls. Instead, a doctor called me and “invited” me to leave the medical practice. It is illegal to discharge a patient without thirty days’ notice in Rhode Island.

When I demanded he explain the sexually inappropriate content in the exam rooms of pediatricians who claim to teach children about consent and inappropriate sexual contact with adults, he became belligerent. He yelled at me over the phone, “Come on, Nicole! You can be a better parent! Your child deserves an explanation about sex!” I had never met nor talked to this doctor before this phone call. Democrat Who Raised Money by Selling Sex Acts Could Be Charged With Prostitution, Lawyers Say

Susanna Gibson, a candidate for the Virginia statehouse who solicited money from people online for her to perform sex acts on video with her husband, may have violated Virginia’s prostitution law, two attorneys in the state told The Daily Wire.

Virginia law states that “any person who, for money or its equivalent … engages in sexual intercourse” or other sexual acts with another person “is guilty of prostitution, which is punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.”

Shawn M. Cline, a former prosecutor and defense attorney in Virginia Beach who represents people charged with sex crimes, said in his view it’s a “chargeable offense.”

“The statute is very clear, you cannot for money or its equivalent perform sex acts,” Cline told The Daily Wire. “It doesn’t matter who’s paying for the act, if it’s an observer or the recipient. You can’t receive money.” (Read more from “Democrat Who Raised Money by Selling Sex Acts Could Be Charged With Prostitution, Lawyers Say” HERE)

Doctors Told Woman to Abort Her Baby So She Could Treat Her Aggressive Brain Cancer. She Said No.

After doctors found an aggressive malignant tumor in Tasha Kann’s brain, the medical team advised the young mother to abort her unborn child and immediately start cancer treatments. Kann, leaning on her faith in God, told the doctors no.

The Michigan woman suffered a debilitating migraine while she was pregnant with her second baby back in 2022, she told Fox News. Soon after, a medical team diagnosed Kann, then 20-weeks pregnant, with anaplastic astrocytoma grade III.

“We recommend that you get an abortion,” Kann recalled doctors telling her. “They all looked at me and told me my best chances of survival would be to get an abortion and start treatment immediately — which might give me five to eight years of survival.” . . .

“I told them absolutely not,” Kann said, adding that she felt “disgusted” that this was something she’d be recommended to do. “If the cancer was already as bad as they said, killing my baby wouldn’t have saved me anyway.” . . .

Indeed, Kann gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Gracey in October. “Every single day, I look at my beautiful baby and think about how easy it was for them to tell me to abort — like she was nothing,” she told Fox. Disgusting: Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Member Arrested for Masturbating in Public

An active member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a group of predominantly gay men who openly mock Catholics, was arrested in California last month for indecent exposure after witnesses say he masturbated in public for an hour, according to a sheriff’s office report obtained by The Daily Wire.

The man, 53-year-old Clinton Monroe Ellis-Gilmore, was arrested by police at a beachside park after they received a report of a male “exposing himself in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle,” the Humboldt County Sheriff’s department said.

“According to numerous witnesses, Ellis-Gilmore had been at that location for approximately one hour, sitting in his truck with the door open, masturbating,” according to a sheriff’s report on the incident, which took place on August 12 at around 6:41 p.m. “The conduct does not appear to have been directed at anyone in particular.”

The arrest took place at Table Bluff County Park in Loleta, California, with over an hour of daylight still left. Google lists the park as “good for kids” and home to “kid-friendly hikes.” (Read more from “Disgusting: Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Member Arrested for Masturbating in Public” HERE)

Republicans Ponder a Replacement for the Term ‘Pro-Life’

Republican strategists are saying it’s time to get rid of the “pro-life” moniker.

In a closed-door meeting with Senate Republicans earlier this week, the head of a super PAC allied with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell warned that polling shows that “pro-life” no longer resonates with the party’s voters.

“What intrigued me the most about the results was that ‘pro-choice’ and ‘pro-life’ means something different now, that people see being pro-life as being against all abortions — at all levels,” Sen. Kevin Cramer, a North Dakota Republican, told NBC News, which first reported on the meeting.

The rethinking of the label follows a series of election losses for Republicans following the Supreme Court ruling that ended nationwide abortion access, sending abortion decision-making to the states.

The high court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson, the case that overturned Roe v. Wade, shifted voters’ opinions on the terms pro-life and pro-choice, according to the super PAC’s polling. The polling results were shown to the senators in the meeting by Steven Law, a former aide for Mr. McConnell, Kentucky Republican.
