Why Does the Kavanaugh Accuser Have Numerous Gofundme Accounts?

By Daily Wire. GoFundMe donations for Christine Blasey Ford have skyrocketed since the she mentioned the campaigns during Thursday’s hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Just two of the 17 accounts on the crowdfunding site relating to Ford have brought in nearly $700,000.

Answering questions concerning the funding for her legal team and travel since the allegations became public, Ford mentioned that she’d be collecting money donated to her from GoFundMe accounts. “I’m aware that there’s been several GoFundMe sites,” she said. “I haven’t had a chance to figure out how to manage those because I’ve never had one.”

One such account dedicated to Ford “jumped from about $179,000 to $305,000 and counting merely 30 minutes later, according to the publicly displayed funds counter,” reported MarketWatch on Thursday.

Those numbers have since spiked further. One account has collected over $475,000 for Ford’s legal fees and another has brought in over $200,000 for the accuser’s “security costs.” (Read more from “Why Does the Kavanaugh Accuser Have Numerous Gofundme Accounts?” HERE)

Prosecutor Who Questioned Christine Ford Says She Wouldn’t Prosecute Brett Kavanaugh

By USA Today. Rachel Mitchell, the Arizona prosecutor who questioned Christine Blasey Ford at Thursday’s Senate Judiciary Committee, privately told GOP senators she would not prosecute Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh based on the evidence she heard, according to the Washington Post.

That detail was spotlighted Friday by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, whose office sent out a news release Friday referring to Mitchell’s conclusion.

Mitchell was hand-picked to lead the questioning of Ford, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault when both were high school students in the posh suburbs of suburban Maryland. (Read more from “Prosecutor Who Questioned Christine Ford Says She Wouldn’t Prosecute Brett Kavanaugh” HERE)

Check out the Sign Alyssa Milano Brought With Her to the Kavanaugh Hearing

By Daily Wire. While many noticed that actress-turned-left-wing activist Alyssa Milano landed a prime seat for the Kavanaugh-Ford hearing on Thursday so she could display solidarity with Ford and make a “power statement” by “staring down” Kavanaugh, some missed one key detail: the sign she occasionally flashed at the hearing.

Adding to the “circus” feeling of the Kavanaugh confirmation process, Milano was invited to the hearing by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee who sat on the allegations by Ford for weeks before submitting them in the eleventh hour of the proceedings to the FBI. (For that delay, Feinstein came under heavy fire from Republicans Thursday.)

Her presence at the hearing was certainly appreciated by many on the Left who have deemed Kavanaugh guilty despite no corroborating evidence and all named witnesses denying the claims, but not so much from those who felt that the Democrats had already made a mockery of the process:

Alyssa Milano Describes Being in the Room for Ford-Kavanaugh Hearing: “There Was a Lot of Rage”

By Hollywood Reporter. The actress and prominent #MeToo activist, who attended Thursday’s hearing, tells The Hollywood Reporter how the mood shifted from a “feeling of hope” to one of anger during Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh’s Senate testimonies.

Alyssa Milano had a unique vantage point during the riveting Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh testimonies. The actress and #MeToo activist was in the room when the Supreme Court nominee and his sexual assault accuser shared their conflicting stories before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

“I wasn’t there with any political agenda. I was there to support a survivor of sexual assault,” Milano tells The Hollywood Reporter on Friday morning. “As a survivor, it literally is all of our worst nightmares come true. This is exactly the reason why we don’t come forward, or we don’t report. Because of the scrutiny. Because a man’s word will always mean more than our word. And it’s disgusting.” (Read more from “Alyssa Milano Describes Being in the Room for Ford-Kavanaugh Hearing: “There Was a Lot of Rage” HERE)

Wow: Senator Blasts ‘Intergalactic Freak Show’ of Kavanaugh Hearings

At the Senate Judiciary Committee meeting Friday, Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., called the confirmation process for Judge Brett Kavanaugh an “intergalactic freak show.”

“Congress just hit rock-bottom and started to dig,” Kennedy said.

Addressing the unknown individual who leaked Christine Blasey Ford’s name and letter to the press, he said “you should bow your head in shame, in my opinion, and you should hide your head in a bag every day for the rest of your natural life.”

Kennedy closed his remarks by looking at the Democrats and quoting Matthew 16:26: “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?” (For more from the author of “Wow: Senator Blasts ‘Intergalactic Freak Show’ of Kavanaugh Hearings” please click HERE)

We Have the Votes on SCOTUS

With the Senate Judiciary Committee holding a vote at 9:30 A.M. tomorrow, a Senate insider has told Townhall that Kavanaugh has the votes to make it out of committee and the votes to be confirmed on the floor for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Sens. Flake (R-AZ), Collins (R-ME), Murkowski (R-AK), and Manchin (D-WV) are expected to vote in favor of Kavanaugh. All the Republicans are voting yes. Also, in the rumor mill, several Democrats may break ranks and back Kavanaugh. That’s the ball game, folks.

It was an intense and hellacious day at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of an attempted rape while at a high school party, told her story of her alleged sexual assault. It was intense. It was emotional. And it still lacked evidence, witnesses, and other corroborating details. It’s an unprovable allegation, which is what Democrats want; it allows them to delay and run out the clock on this nomination. The FBI investigation talking point has been beaten to death by Senate Democrats, another delay tactic that has been undercut by past remarks by none other than Joe Biden. When he chaired the committee during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, Biden famously said that FBI reports are inconclusive and should not be relied on during sexual misconduct allegations.

Brett Kavanaugh testified later this afternoon, giving an emotional and fiery defense of his character and career after it had been under a sustained assault by the Left for over a week. Kavanaugh said that the allegations—all three of them—were false and have irreparably damaged his reputation and damaged his family life. He said this process had become a national disgrace, with Democrats replacing advise and consent with search and destroy. Kavanaugh needed to come out swinging. He needed to be tough. And he did just that.

Bill Clinton Rape Accuser Juanita Broaddrick Crashes Kavanaugh Hearing

Juanita Broaddrick, who accused former President Bill Clinton of raping her before he was president, crashed the Senate hearing of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on Thursday, ripping Democrats for what she called “the biggest double standard I’ve ever seen.”

Broaddrick addressed the media outside the Senate building where Kavanaugh’s Judiciary Committee hearing was set to take place. She said the accusations from Christine Blasey Ford, who claims Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in 1982 at a boozy high school party, is “no comparison” to what happened to her.

“Because Dr. Ford has no evidence — I had the who, what, when, where and how and had five people that I told, not even counting the woman who found me 30 minutes after the rape with a swollen busted lip, torn clothes and in a state of shock,” Broaddrick said.

“How they can take these accusations and run with them, and laugh at mine for so many years is the biggest double standard I’ve ever seen,” she said. “It makes me angry that they left [Clinton] in office,” she said about Senate Democrats who rejected hearing her allegations.

“I have twenty times more evidence for my rape by Bill Clinton than Dr. Ford has against Kavanaugh,” Broaddrick said. “Democrats turned their backs on me. They refused to read or acknowledge me in 1999 when I went public with my story. Democrats turned their backs on me.” (Read more from “Bill Clinton Rape Accuser Juanita Broaddrick Crashes Kavanaugh Hearing” HERE)

Kavanaugh’s Ex-Girlfriend Refutes Mother’s Anonymous Accusations Sent to Senate

By Washington Times. A woman [Dabney Friedrich] who dated Brett Kavanaugh in 1998 has told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he never mistreated her, as alleged in an anonymous letter sent to Sen. Cory Gardner, Colorado Republican. . .

“I write in response to a phone call I received this evening from Mike Davis, Chief Nominations Counsel for the Committee. In our phone call, Mr. Davis read an anonymous letter sent to Colorado Senator Cory Gardner dated September 22, 2018.

“Mr. Davis asked me (1) whether I dated Brett Kavanaugh in 1998 and (2) whether he ever shoved me against a wall. Mr. Davis also emailed me the attached letter and asked me to provide an immediate and written response to the Committee.

“As I informed Mr. Davis, I dated Brett Kavanaugh in 1998. To the extent the attached letter is referring to me as the ‘friend [who] was dating him,’ the allegations it makes are both offensive and absurd. At no time did Brett ever shove me against a wall, including in an ‘aggressive and sexual’ manner. When we dated, Brett always treated me with the utmost respect, and we remain friends to this day. I have never observed (nor am I aware of) Brett acting in a physically inappropriate or aggressive manner toward anyone.” (Read more from “Kavanaugh’s Ex-Girlfriend Refutes Mother’s Anonymous Accusations Sent to Senate” HERE)

Christine Ford Testifies Kavanaugh ‘Sexually Assaulted Me,’ Rejects Mistaken Identity Theory

By Fox News. Christine Blasey Ford, appearing in public for the first time Thursday to testify on her allegations against Brett Kavanaugh, told lawmakers in no uncertain terms that the Supreme Court nominee “sexually assaulted me” and insisted she is not mistaking him for another person.

But in one curious exchange, Ford acknowledged she didn’t personally pay for the polygraph examination she took in August, and said she doesn’t know who did.

Thursday’s dramatic hearing was convened by the Senate Judiciary Committee, which plans to call back the nominee to address the accusations ahead of a potential vote in the coming days. Kavanaugh’s accuser voiced confidence, under sustained questioning, that the judge attacked her.

“So what you are telling us is that this could not be a case of mistaken identity?” Feinstein asked.

“Absolutely not,” Ford replied. She added she’s “100 percent” certain it was Kavanaugh who attacked her. (Read more from “Christine Ford Testifies Kavanaugh ‘Sexually Assaulted Me,’ Rejects Mistaken Identity Theory” HERE)

Brett Kavanaugh Admits to ‘Juvenile Misbehavior,’ Denies Sexual Assault in Testimony

By Washington Times. Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh will admit to “misbehavior” and excessive drinking during his high school years, but will tell the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday that he never sexually assaulted anyone then or since.

In the Supreme Court nominee’s prepared opening statement, shared by the committee on Wednesday, Judge Kavanaugh calls sexual assault “morally wrong” and “contrary to my religious faith.”

He said he does not question accuser Christine Blasey Ford’s claim that she was sexually assaulted at a high school party, but denied he was involved in any way.

“I spent most of my time in high school focused on academics, sports, church, and service. But I was not perfect in those days, just as I am not perfect today,” the judge says.

He adds: “I drank beer with my friends, usually on weekends. Sometimes I had too many. In retrospect, I said and did things in high school that make me cringe now. But that’s not why we are here today. What I’ve been accused of is far more serious than juvenile misbehavior. I never did anything remotely resembling what Dr. Ford describes.” (Read more from “Brett Kavanaugh Admits to ‘Juvenile Misbehavior,’ Denies Sexual Assault in Testimony” HERE)

Spot the Glaring Contradictions Between Ford’s Written Allegations Against Kavanaugh?

By Townhall. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s polygraph examination results were released on Wednesday. The polygraph was conducted on Aug. 7 by Virginia-based examiner Jeremiah Hanafin. . .

In her July 30th letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Ford said, “The assault occurred in a suburban Maryland area home at a gathering that included me and 4 others.”

In her Aug. 7th polygraph letter, she said, “There were 4 boys and a couple of girls.”

. . .

In the Feinstein letter, Ford said, “Kavanaugh physically pushed me into a bedroom as I was headed for a bathroom up a short stairwell from the living room.”

In the the polygraph letter, Ford said, “At that point I was pushed into the bedroom by two persons into a bedroom and was locked in the room and pushed onto a bed.” (Read more from “Spot the Glaring Contradictions Between Ford’s Written Allegations Against Kavanaugh?” HERE)

Christine Blasey Ford’s Opening Statement: ‘I Believed He Was Going to Rape Me’

By ABC News. In prepared testimony released before Thursday’s showdown hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Christine Blasey Ford said she is “terrified,” but considers giving her account of what she has said was his sexual assault on her when they were both in high school part of her “civic duty.”

In her prepared testimony, Ford says, “I believed he was trying to rape me,” referring to an incident she has said happened at house party in the 1980s, during which she said a drunken Kavanaugh, along with another teenager, locked her in a room, and that Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and covered her mouth to keep her from screaming for help. Panicking NYT Deletes Source Name, Caught Hiding Game-Changing Facts on Kavanaugh

It has become transparently obvious over the past two weeks that Democrats and their liberal media allies are engaged in a coordinated effort to smear Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh with vague allegations of sexual misconduct designed solely to derail his nomination to the high court.

Perhaps in a bid to help bolster the crumbling narrative surrounding California professor Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s 36-year-old unsubstantiated accusations against Kavanaugh, The New York Times just did a purported deep dive into Kavanaugh’s 1983 high school yearbook from Georgetown Preparatory School.

The Times heavily implied in the article that Kavanaugh and his friends were some kind of sex-obsessed gang that openly bragged in the yearbook about their sexual conquests, especially with regard to one female student in particular named Renate Schroeder Dolphin, as they referred to themselves in a group picture as “Renate Alumni.”

But as Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist painstakingly pointed out, there are several glaring problems with the article from The Times that have rendered the story “fake news” and, if The Times had any integrity left, would seem to merit a full retraction and issuance of public apologies, rather than a handful of quiet and unexplained edits.

The first problem appears to be that The Times attempted to delete the name of a source for their smear against Kavanaugh and his friends. The original online post of the article cited a source named only as “Mr. Madaleno,” a singular reference to the source that has since been completely deleted from subsequent versions of the article, according to a site known as NewsDiffs that tracks such changes via online archives.

Standard editorial procedure for The Times is to introduce a source by their full name when first mentioned in an article, followed by the individual’s last name and title for any future references to them. However, any such reference to “Mr. Madaleno” is decidedly lacking in this piece by The Times.

Hemingway pointed out that the “Mr. Madaleno” in question is most likely a Georgetown Prep classmate of Kavanaugh’s named Richard S. Madaleno Jr., a Maryland state senator who is virulently anti-Trump and just unsuccessfully ran for governor in the state on a platform that consisted largely of touting how his being gay and progressive would “infuriate” President Donald Trump.

Considering Madaleno’s obvious animus toward all things Trump, ethics would seem to dictate that The Times identify him so readers could gauge his particular motivations for making claims against Kavanaugh. Yet they did not, nor did they provide any explanation for why not or why his name was ultimately deleted completely from the article.

Furthermore, The Times also left unmentioned in the piece several key pieces of information that contradict or undermine the claims made by the article, such as the fact that another source who was actually named, William Fishburne, was an active campaign surrogate on behalf of Madaleno’s failed gubernatorial bid, a rather pertinent fact that again goes toward motivation.

On top of that, The Times also cited a classmate named Sean Hagan as condemning the jokes in the yearbook about Dolphin, but failed to note that Hagan was the editor of that yearbook — and thus allowed what was written to be published — or that he is friends on Facebook with Madaleno and “likes” socialist Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and other anti-Trump pages.

The article did mention that “(Dolphin) and a second friend of Ms. Dolphin’s denied that there was any sexual contact between Ms. Dolphin and Judge Kavanaugh or anyone else in his circle,” but failed to include a similar statement of denial issued by Kavanaugh’s friends, which stated in part, “None of us has ever taken part in any kind of verbal conduct or physical actions described by the Times and never bragged about or suggested any such thing.”

Indeed, the men all insisted that there was nothing sexual about the references to “Renate” in the yearbook, but merely a notation that all of the friends had at one point or another dated, danced with or kissed Dolphin … all completely innocent behavior for teenage high school boys and girls.

Some of the men even claimed to have remained good friends with Dolphins over the years since then as well, all of which would undermine the narrative that she was some sort of sexual conquest the group of boys was bragging about and disrespecting.

“The New York Times’ callous treatment of the yearbook references to our friend have now destroyed relationships that span four decades. These friendships can’t be recovered and will never be replaced. The anguish caused to our friend is immeasurable; the loss of her trust and respect is devastating,” said one of the group members, who requested anonymity out of fear that The Times and the left would retaliate against him.

The New York Times purports to be the “paper of record,” but they appear to have been caught red-handed in an obvious hit job on Kavanaugh that is disgustingly beneath a supposedly objective media outlet with integrity.

In all likelihood, this article by The Times never should have been published, at least not in the manner that it was, and now The Times is panicking as they attempt to clear up yet another brightly blinking example of their slanted liberal bias and apparent animus toward Trump’s latest Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, which in all honesty is just a useful extension of their base anti-Trump bias. Plot Twist: Kavanaugh Accuser Sued Her Former Employer for Sexual Harassment. But That’s Not All.

By Townhall. Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s third sexual assault accuser, Julie Swetnick, seems to have a few skeletons in her closet.

Swetnick, who accused Kavanaugh of gang raping her in high school, sued her former employer, New York Life Insurance Co., for sexual harassment, the Daily Wire reported. Her attorney was none other than Debra Katz, who is currently representing Kavanaugh’s initial accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. The company ultimately settled with Swetnick.

According to the Daily Caller News Foundation, she has had financial issues over the last few years:

Swetnick also claims to have a security clearance with the IRS despite having recently had a $40,000 judgement against her for unpaid taxes. She settled a $40,303 IRS judgement on March 23 of this year, according to a public records search. Maryland court records show a $62,821 tax lien filed against her on Oct. 2, 2015.

And, the icing on the cake? Swetnick’s ex-boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, filed a restraining order against her. She allegedly threatened to kill him after he broke up with her, POLITICO reported. Ex-Boyfriend Filed Restraining Order Against Third Kavanaugh Accuser

By Politico. Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up. . .

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. “I know a lot about her.”

“She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.” (Read more from “Ex-Boyfriend Filed Restraining Order Against Third Kavanaugh Accuser” HERE)
