Parolee Released Through Cali ‘Zero Bail Policy’ Arrested for for Murder

Residents of a quiet neighborhood in Sacramento, California, are angry that a violent criminal released through the state’s “zero bail policy” allegedly sexually assaulted their 61-year-old neighbor, then killed her and her two dogs. . .

Police say that Troy Davis, 51, sexually assaulted Mary Tibbitts in her home, then murdered her and killed her two dogs before setting her home on fire.

The suspect was captured masturbating on a neighbor’s surveillance camera the day before the brutal assault and murder, according to the California Globe.

Davis was a parolee with a violent criminal past but he was allowed to be released under the “zero bail policy” after he was arrested for allegedly stealing a car.

California had implemented the zero bail policy in order to ease the strain on their law enforcement system from the coronavirus pandemic. (Read more from “Parolee Released Through Cali’s ‘Zero Bail Policy’ Arrested for for Murder” HERE)

State Sued for Forcing Students To Pray to the Aztec Gods of Human Sacrifice

A lawsuit has been filed against the state of California accusing officials there of requiring students to pray to Aztec gods of human sacrifice, an action that takes teachers there far beyond the allowable limits of educating students.

CBN has reported the lawsuit outlines how the state’s “Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum” requires “Affirmations, Chants, and Energizers,” which addresses deities both by name and title.

It also acknowledges them as “sources of power and knowledge, invokes their assistance, and gives thanks,” the lawsuit said.

That, essentially, is a “state-mandated prayer,” the case claims.

“The Aztecs regularly performed gruesome and horrific acts for the sole purpose of pacifying and appeasing the very beings that the prayers from the curriculum invoke,” Paul Jonna, partner at LiMandri & Jonna LLP and Thomas More Society special counsel, said in the report. Shocker: ‘Trans Woman’ Who Exposed Himself to CA Spa Customers Is Actually a Serial Sex Offender

Remember that viral video from last June showing an angry black woman, Cubana Angel, confronting the staff at Wi Spa in California (of course), regarding a man exposing himself in the women’s changing room? The spa took the side of the “trans” man and all hell broke loose. Turns out the supposedly trans dude is a tier-1 sex offender with a long history of exposing himself to women and girls. Andy Ngo of The Post Millennial broke the story.

[Warning: video contains explicit language.]

Darren Agee Merager is now being charged with indecent exposure for dangling his partially turgid junk in front of Angel, her daughter, and several other women at Wi Spa. . .

“Everything about the Wi Spa was a bunch of garbage and lies,” he said in an interview. Merager claims he is legally female in California and was in a jacuzzi in the women’s section when he was accosted by Angel. “She never saw me naked. I was underwater with water all the way up to my chest.”

Merager also denies ever being around children at the spa. He says he is actually the victim of sexual harassment by “transphobic women” who were at the Wi Spa.

It turns out Merager has around a dozen convictions under his fake Gucci belt, including convictions for indecent exposure—once in 2002 and again in 2003, both in California. He is also facing six felony counts of indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself to women and children in a women’s locker room in 2018. Merager chose not to comment on any of that. ‘Uncomfortable’ Teacher Instructs Students to Pledge Allegiance to Gay Pride Flag

A California teacher instructed her students to pledge allegiance to a gay pride flag after she removed the American flag from her classroom because it made her uncomfortable, according to a report. The school district has allegedly launched an investigation into the incident.

The alleged teacher was exposed by the massively popular “Libs of TikTok” account on Twitter, which has over 176,000 followers. The page shared an apparent TikTok video of the teacher explaining how she handles the morning announcements in her school, which includes the Pledge of Allegiance. . .

The teacher explained in the video that she removed the American flag from her classroom during the pandemic “because it made me uncomfortable.”

One of her students asked what he should look at while they recite the Pledge of Allegiance since there is no American flag in the classroom.

While attempting to hold back laughter, she exclaimed, “In the meantime, I tell this kid, ‘We do have a flag in the class that you can pledge your allegiance to.’ And he like, looks around and goes, ‘Oh, that one?’” She then pointed to the gay pride flag. Dozens of California Students, Parents Stranded in Afghanistan After Summer Trip Abroad

Dozens of California students and parents are stranded in Afghanistan after taking a summer trip to the country.

More than 20 students and 16 parents from the Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon, Calif., visited Afghanistan on summer vacation. Now they are among thousands of people who are waiting to leave the country amid the chaotic U.S. withdrawal that has caused political unrest across the nation, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Cajon Valley Superintendent David Miyashiro alerted school board members on Tuesday that he would be meeting with Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) to discuss the situation, the Times noted.

Miyashiro told the news outlet that the families traveled to Afghanistan on special visas for U.S. military service and that the school district was able to provide government officials with information on the families as they work to locate them.

The stranded students reportedly attend different schools within the school district. (Read more from “Dozens of California Students, Parents Stranded in Afghanistan After Summer Trip Abroad” HERE)

California Man Found With Over 300 Stolen Recall Election Ballots

A California man was reportedly arrested in possession of 300 mail-in votes for the upcoming gubernatorial recall election, along with guns and drugs.

According to reports Monday by Los Angeles news outlets, the unnamed man was arrested last week while sleeping in his car parked at a Torrance 7-Eleven.

“Inside the vehicle, the officers found a loaded handgun, some narcotics, and then they found a bunch of mail and what turned out to be over 300 election ballots in the backseat of the vehicle,” Sgt. Mark Ponegalek of the Torrance Police Department said, according to TV station KABC.

“They appeared to be in a box, but they were also kind of strewn across the backseat of the vehicle and so there was just a large portion of mail in that backseat.”

KABC reported that police do not know how the man acquired the ballots. He was arrested last week, but he has since been released on his own recognizance. (Read more from “California Man Found With Over 300 Stolen Recall Election Ballots” HERE)

Study: COVID Cases Are Increasing in Counties With Higher Vaccination Rates, Declining in Counties With Lower Vaccination Rates

An analysis in California has shown that counties with above-average vaccination rates have higher COVID-19 case totals, which drives a stake through the heart of the propaganda line that the unvaccinated are causing a new wave of cases.

The Bay Area News Group discovered that he counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco have a higher percentage of people who are fully vaccinated than the state average as well as a higher average daily case rate.

Meanwhile, the counties of Modoc, Glenn, Lassen, Del Norte, and San Benito have below average vaccination rates and are seeing a decline in cases. The so-called experts are attempting to make excuses for these findings in order to coerce support for the vaccine regime. Pro-Mask Governor Pulls Son From Summer Camp After Maskless Photos Surface

Gov. Gavin Newsom removed his children from a summer camp after photos surfaced of his son attending the camp indoors maskless.

“The Newsoms were concerned to see unvaccinated children unmasked indoors at a camp their children began attending yesterday. Their kids will no longer be attending the camp,” the governor’s communications director, Erin Mellon, told Fox News in a statement Tuesday when asked about the photos.

California’s current guidance for children aged 2-11 states they must wear masks during “camps for youth, youth sports and other youth activities, including theater and music performances and band. Updated CDC guidance is forthcoming for youth settings.”

California officials announced July 9 that students and teachers returning to the classroom this year will also be required to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.

“We’re going to start with a requirement K through 12 that the year begins with masks,” California Health and Human Services Secretary Mark Ghaly said at the time. “At the outset of the new year, students should be able to walk into school without worrying about whether they will feel different or singled out for being vaccinated or unvaccinated — treating all kids the same will support a calm and supportive school environment.”

Dash camera footage captured the moment a car went air born off a highway in California last week and landed on a road below.

The car was smoking as it flew through the air in Yuba City, California, landing directly in front of a family that can be heard screaming at the sight of the smoking vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was able to stop in time to avoid hitting the other driver in the mangled car.

The car tumbled several times before coming to a standstill in an upside-down position. The family in the vehicle can be heard calling the police after witnessing the event, in a video posted by YouTube user “THE LIFE OF MIKE & FAM”.

The driver, who was a woman, survived, according to CBS Sacramento. During an interview, an individual who captured the accident on nearby surveillance cameras told the outlet that the driver missed a hard turn and continued on straight – narrowly missing power lines as she landed on the road below. California Becomes First State To Pass a Guaranteed Income Plan

California lawmakers unanimously approved the nation’s first taxpayer-funded guaranteed income plan Thursday.

The bill sets aside $35 million for no-strings-attached monthly cash payments to some pregnant women and young adults who recently left foster care.

The move comes after Oakland and other municipalities approved a monthly stipend for some disadvantaged residents — a philosophy that has been gaining nationwide momentum and was championed by failed presidential and New York mayoral candidate Andrew Yang.

The vote came as millions of Americans received their first monthly payments from an extension of the federal child tax credit.

Sacramento lawmakers from both sides of the aisle universally supported the measure. (Read more from “California Becomes First State To Pass a Guaranteed Income Plan” HERE)
