GOP Governor Torches ‘Pretty Ignorant’ Biden for Vax Mandate

Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, a vocal opponent of President Biden’s planned vaccine mandate on businesses with more than 100 employees, said the president is out of touch with how different parts of the country are handling the coronavirus pandemic.

Ricketts criticized Biden for a lack of communication with states, noting that since taking office he has not participated in any of the weekly phone calls the White House has with the nation’s governors.

“The president should look at the data, and maybe the president should attend one of the weekly calls his administration has with all the governors – he’s not been on one yet, since he’s been President — and maybe talk to some of the governors and ask them about what’s going on in their states because he appears to be pretty ignorant of what’s going on in places like Nebraska,” Ricketts told “Fox News Sunday.”

The governor said that his state has the third lowest mortality rate in the nation when it comes to COVID-19, that they have their hospital capacity under control, and that when it comes to Nebraskans between the ages of10 and 19, in 2020 they were “26 times more likely to die in a car accident than you were of COVID-19.”

Biden’s mandate requires all federal workers and contractors to get vaccinated, with no option to undergo testing instead. The president is also directing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to require private companies with more than 100 employees to make workers either be vaccinated or get weekly testing if they object to the vaccines for religious or health-based reasons. Flashback: Biden Administration Promised It Wouldn’t Mandate COVID-19 Vaccine (VIDEO)

For months, President Joe Biden, White House press secretary Jen Psaki, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and other key members of the Biden administration swore that the federal government would not mandate the COVID-19 shot.

In his latest fascist move, however, the president announced on Thursday that his administration will force private-sector employers with 100 or more employees to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine or demand a negative test weekly.

This decision is based on a lie, which Biden proudly proclaimed during his justification for the new Labor Department rule.

“This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated,” Biden said in a speech on Thursday. Later, he tweeted that “people are dying and will die from COVID-19 who don’t have to.”

USPS Workers Will Be Subject to Vaccine Mandate

US Postal Service workers will have to get a COVID-19 vaccine or be tested weekly after President Biden mandated the shot for federal workers – despite an earlier report claiming the more than 600,000 letter-carriers and administrative staff were exempt.

The White House issued a clarification late Thursday after the Washington Post, citing an official, reported USPS workers were not required to get the shot and were only being “strongly encouraged” to do so.

Biden on Thursday signed two executive orders: one requiring vaccination for most federal workers with limited medical and religious exemptions and another forcing federal contractors to also vaccinate their workforces.

The president also announced a new Labor Department policy requiring workers at private companies with 100 or more employees to get vaccinated or submit to weekly testing, with fines of up to $14,000 per violation.

The CDC Just Made an Orwellian Change to the Definition of ‘Vaccine’ and ‘Vaccination’

. . .A recent change on the CDC website should disturb all of us because it appears that the CDC is trying to change how we understand vaccinations.

Here’s the “Definition of Terms” for Immunization as captured on August 26, 2021[:]

Immunity: Protection from an infectious disease. If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.

Vaccine: A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.

Vaccination: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.

Immunization: A process by which a person becomes protected against a disease through vaccination. This term is often used interchangeably with vaccination or inoculation.

Report: Biden To Impose Stricter Vaccine Mandate for Federal Workers

President Joe Biden plans to announce a new vaccine mandate for federal workers during his speech Thursday, according to multiple reports.

The White House mentioned Biden’s upcoming speech earlier in the week, with an official saying that Biden will lay out a “six-pronged strategy” aimed at boosting vaccinations and fighting the Delta variant. While the administration has declined to offer specifics, reports note that the president will sign an executive order mandating vaccinations for federal employees and contractors.

Biden announced at the end of July that federal government employees and contractors would need to confirm their vaccination status or undergo various hurdles, such as physical distancing and testing. Biden now plans to remove the loopholes for employees resistant to getting the vaccine, according to NBC News.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Wednesday that Biden’s upcoming announcement would affect Americans depending “on if you’re vaccinated or not.” The New York Times also reported that the president plans to announce new vaccination mandates, although the publication did not report the executive order that Biden appears slated to sign. Hospital ‘Denying Religious Exemptions’ and Firing Unvaccinated Gets Legal Surprise

Methodist Health System in Texas is firing dozens of workers for refusing to take the experimental COVID-19 vaccinations, and is threatening many more, but now is facing resistance in the form of a legal demand letter that accuses officials in the corporation of saying workers can’t have religious exemptions because they believe the “wrong things.”

The demand letter is from Liberty Counsel, which suggests the medical care company utilize only legal reasons for rejecting exemption requests based on religion, or the case could end up in court.

The letter demands the system preserve all records, in case that happens.

“Methodist Health System cannot violate federal and state law and deny employees’ religious exemptions to inject a drug into their body. Health care heroes should not be treated like zeros. Do these hospitals really think that they can operate by reducing so many staff that are entitled to make a personal choice based upon the religious beliefs?” said Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver. “These irrational mandates will soon cause a national health care crisis because of the reduction of health care workers.”

Here’s How Many Americans Would Quit Their Jobs if Vaccine Became Mandatory

Nearly three-quarters of unvaccinated Americans would quit their jobs if they were required to take a COVID-19 vaccine, according to a poll by the Washington Post and ABC News.

Only 16% of unvaccinated workers would get a COVID shot if required, 35% would ask for a medical or religious exemption and 42% would quit their job, according to the results reported by the Daily Caller.

But if a medical or religious exemption were not available — which essentially is the case for Washington state employees, for example — 72% said they would quit their job.

Just 18%, the poll found, would get the shot.

Forced Vaccination? Woman Cites Nursing Manual To Show Giving COVID Vax Without Consent Is Criminal Act (VIDEO)

A woman claiming to be a nurse explained in a video clip posted online how she was taught in class that forcing someone to take a vaccine without their permission is a criminal act in what was perceived to be a reference to COVID-19 jabs.

“In nursing, we are taught about intentional crimes and torts,” the woman begins, speaking to a small group of people gathered in a room.

“Right? That’s what you’re speaking to, informed consent,” she continued, pointing at someone off-camera.

Reading from a piece of paper, she said that “intentional tort is assault and battery.”

State To Start Fining Businesses $5,000 for Violations of Vaccine Passport Ban

The Florida Department of Health has issued a notice indicating it will start issuing $5,000 fines to businesses, schools, and government agencies that require Floridians to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

The health department rule, which goes into effect on Sept. 16, details the penalties that businesses and other entities, including nonprofits, face for violating section 381.00316 of the 2021 Florida Statutes, which prohibits them from requiring customers or patrons to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or postinfection recovery in order to gain access to their premises or services.

“Each violation of Section 381.00316, F.S., will result in the imposition of a $5,000 fine per individual and separate violation against the business, governmental entity or the educational institution. Fines imposed are due and payable to the Department within 30 days of entry of the final order unless otherwise stated in the final order,” reads the Florida Department of Health notice.

Health care providers are exempt from the fine, which also does not apply to vaccine requirements businesses or other entities impose on their own employees.

Country Testing ‘Orwellian’ Quarantine App That Dispatches Police if Users Don’t Verify Location Within 15 Minutes

A state in Australia is testing a new app that would help the government track residents to ensure they are obeying COVID-19 quarantine orders.

The government of South Australia has begun a trial of the Home Quarantine SA, an app that The Atlantic calls “as Orwellian as any in the free world.”

Australians will download an app on their cellphone that features facial recognition and geolocation. The South Australian government will randomly contact the user to check if they are at their approved quarantine location. Users will have 15 minutes to take a photo of their face. If the quarantining individual fails to reply within 15 minutes, a police officer will be sent to “check” on the person.
