Prosecutors: FBI Found Cocaine Residue on Hunter Biden’s Firearm Pouch

FBI investigators discovered powered cocaine on the firearm pouch Hunter Biden had used to hold the gun he allegedly purchased in October 2018, Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors said in a Tuesday court filing.

Special counsel David Weiss’ team filed a response motion to Hunter Biden’s selective prosecution claim and described how FBI investigators retrieved the alleged firearm in 2023 and found the alleged cocaine.

“In 2023, FBI investigators pulled sealed evidence from the state police vault to take photographs of the defendant’s firearm. After opening the evidence, FBI investigators observed a white powdery substance on the defendant’s brown leather pouch that had held the defendant’s firearm in October 2018,” the motion reads.

“Based on their training and experience, investigators believed that this substance was likely cocaine and that this evidence would corroborate the messages that investigators had obtained which showed the defendant buying and using drugs in October 2018. An FBI chemist subsequently analyzed the residue and determined that it was cocaine. To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun,” the filing adds.

Report: Prosecutor on Jack Smith’s Team Discouraged FBI From Looking Into Clinton Foundation in 2016

A top prosecutor now on Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team discouraged the FBI from pursuing an investigation into the Clinton Foundation in 2016 due to what he believed was “negligible evidence” despite the existence of “multiple” Suspicious Activity Reports related to “hundreds of thousands of dollars in foreign transactions,” according to a report.

Fox News Digital first reported on Friday that Ray Hulser, who was the former chief of the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section but now serves on Smith’s team prosecuting former President Donald Trump, was the official who “declined prosecution” of the Clinton Foundation in 2016, according to Special Counsel John Durham’s report, which came out in May 2023.

The Durham report said that in January 2016, three different FBI field offices had opened investigations into “possible criminal activity involving the Clinton Foundation.” The three offices were the New York Field Office (NYFO), the Little Rock Field Office (LRFO), and the Washington Field Office (WFO).

The report said the LRFO case opening communication referred to an “intelligence product and corroborating financial reporting that a particular commercial ‘industry likely engaged a federal public official in a flow of benefits scheme, namely, large monetary contributions were made to a non-profit, under both direct and indirect control of the federal public official, in exchange for favorable government action and/or influence.’”

The report said the WFO investigation was opened as a preliminary investigation, because the Case Agent wanted to determine if he could develop additional information to corroborate allegations in the book Clinton Cash by Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer. Catholic Leaders Condemn FBI’s “Illegitimate Targeting of Catholics” as Potential Domestic Terrorists

Catholic leaders slammed the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday after the House Judiciary Committee discovered federal agents interviewed a priest and a choir director as part of an investigation into so-called Radical-Traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.

“The latest revelations only raise more questions about the illegitimate targeting of Catholics by the FBI,” CatholicVote President Brian Burch told The Daily Wire in an emailed statement. “We now know that the FBI effort involved at least four field offices, authorized the use of undercover agents to infiltrate Catholic parishes, and used a Catholic priest and a choir director to inform on one of their parishioners.”

The House Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government launched an investigation into the FBI earlier this year after former agent-turned-whistleblower Kyle Seraphin leaked an internal memo from the bureau’s Richmond Field Office, which painted certain “radical-traditionalist Catholics” as violent extremists and proposed opportunities for the FBI to infiltrate Catholic churches as a form of “threat mitigation.”

“Despite every effort to downplay the significance of this abuse of power, the FBI still owes Catholics and all concerned Americans answers as to who was behind the effort to spy on Catholics, how far and wide this effort went inside the FBI, whether it is ongoing, and whether anyone has been held accountable,” Burch added. Inmate Accused of Stabbing Derek Chauvin 22 Times in Tribute to BLM Was Once FBI Informant

Federal prosecutors announced Friday attempted murder charges against an Arizona inmate and ex-FBI informant, a week after ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin was stabbed 22 times inside a library at the Tucson penitentiary where they are both inmates.

John Turscak, 52, is also facing multiple assault charges and inflicting serious bodily injury with an “improvised knife” around 12:30 p.m. on Black Friday – a day the suspect allegedly told investigators he picked to symbolize the “Black Lives Matter” movement, which spurred months of protests around the country in connection with the death of George Floyd – who Chauvin was convicted of killing.

Federal corrections officers intervened “immediately” according to court filings, dousing Turscak with pepper spray. He allegedly told the guards he would have killed Chauvin if guards hadn’t reacted so fast. When he waived his Miranda rights, he allegedly told the FBI about the Black Friday symbolism and said he’d planned the attack for a month.

Prosecutors said that Turscak was an FBI informant in 1997, providing information about his gang as well as recordings of conversations between him, members, and associates. The investigation resulted in 40 indictments, but halfway through, Turscak was dropped as an informant because he was dealing drugs, authorizing assaults, and extorting money. FBI Finally Investigates Satanic Pedophile Group, Only After Learning of White Supremacy Ties

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is currently investigating a disturbing online group known as “764” or “Harm Nation,” accused of engaging in satanic rituals, pedophilia, and exploiting minors for self-harm videos. However, the focus of the investigation has shifted towards a potential link to white supremacy, raising questions about the FBI’s prioritization of cases. This report delves into the details of the investigation, shedding light on the group’s activities and the controversy surrounding its classification.

For years, the group, believed to be operating globally, has targeted minors, coercing them into recording or live-streaming acts of self-harm and producing explicit material.

The FBI’s interest in the case heightened when allegations of white supremacy surfaced within the group. The domestic terrorism unit is now investigating “764” for “white-supremacy racially motivated violent extremism” (RMVE). Led by a 19-year-old Russian called Yuri, who identifies as a “femboy” associated with left-wing queer culture, the group’s activities involve heinous acts of violence against its victims. Cooper Fay, a Florida-based private security professional, uncovered evidence of torture, with a majority of victims being white, although the group also targeted two black individuals.

Cooper Fay, who played a crucial role in exposing the group, claims that the FBI’s selective focus on the white supremacist elements might be influenced by political motivations. Fay argues that the primary concern should be addressing the child abuse aspect, emphasizing the group’s association with Satanism rather than political ideologies.

‘Whistleblower’ FBI Agent’s Home Raided Amid Allegations of Classified Information Mishandling

Federal authorities on Monday reportedly raided the California home of one of the FBI’s own special agents — who alleged Russian intelligence agents may have “compromised” Rudy Giuliani while he was working as the lawyer for former President Donald Trump.

A search warrant — reported on by Business Insider — states that authorities searched the Orange County home of FBI Special Agent Jonathan Buma on suspicion that he violated federal laws against mishandling classified information. A receipt for property seized under the search warrant reportedly included “classified material” and “possible classified material” among the confiscated items.

Scott Horton, an attorney for Buma, denied the allegations and the property receipt as false. He said authorities seized computers and other items at the residence. Business Insider reported the property listed included nine laptops, three smartwatches, six tablets, two phones, and one desktop computer — most of which Horton said belonged to Buma’s wife and their children.

FBI Whistleblower Calls House GOP ‘Soulless Demons’ After Voting to Give the Agency a New $300 Million HQ

The FBI whistleblower has called House Republicans “soulless demons” after they voted for funds for a new FBI headquarters, and have not taken steps to reform the troubled bureau.

In a tweet posted on X, Thursday, November 9, whistleblower Steve Friend called out the House GOP after they voted to give the FBI a new $300 million headquarters.

“Last year, I brought protected whistleblower disclosures about FBI weaponization to House GOP. They used it to go on TV and get elected. I lost my career and am under FBI investigation. Today the House GOP voted to give the FBI a $300 million HQ. Soulless demons. Go to hell,” Friend posted on X.

Friend claimed when 70 House Republicans voted to approve the $300 million towards the construction of a new FBI headquarters in Greenbelt, Maryland, it was a direct contradiction of a commitment made to him by Rep. Jim Jordan (R.-Ohio), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

“People who swore to lay down their lives for America have questionable loyalty to the country? They are purging and rebuilding an FBI with people willing to roll over their own countrymen,” Friend said on X.
