Biden Diverts $2B in Healthcare Cash To Illegal Aliens

President Joe Biden has taken $2 billion from Americans’ healthcare programs to help deliver migrant youths and children to their illegal-migrant parents throughout the United States, press reports say.

“The Department of Health and Human Services [HHS] has diverted more than $2 billion meant for other health initiatives toward covering the cost of caring for unaccompanied immigrant children,” Politico reported May 15. The article continued:

The redirected funds include $850 million that Congress originally allocated to rebuild the nation’s Strategic National Stockpile, the emergency medical reserve strained by the Covid-19 response. Another $850 million is being taken from a pot intended to help expand coronavirus testing, according to three people with knowledge of the matter.

In addition to transferring money from the Strategic National Stockpile and Covid-19 testing, HHS also has pulled roughly $436 million from a range of existing health initiatives across the department.

Here’s How Biden’s Spending Could Become A Hidden Tax On Everything You Purchase

As the U.S. climbs out of a once-in-a-century pandemic, rising prices have led to increasing worry that rapid inflation could be just over the horizon. . .

Peter Schiff, the chief economist and global strategist of Euro Pacific Capital, warned in an interview with the DCNF that the “very substantial” decline Americans could witness in their standard of living is a result of heightened federal spending throughout the pandemic.

“People are going to be paying higher insurance, they’re going to be paying higher property taxes, local tax, utility rates are going to go way up,” Schiff said. “The 100% cause of inflation is the government … It’s when the government spends money that it doesn’t collect in taxes and then the Federal Reserve monetizes the resulting deficits by printing money.” . . .

“Trillions of dollars in the United States, over a trillion dollars in the E.U. … That’s what’s behind the inflation we’re seeing right now,” Olsen added. “When the developed world is basically throwing money at something and people, it’s more than people can absorb, and they bid up prices.”

Olsen discussed that since the pandemic largely prevented Americans from spending money on services or taking vacations, they wound up saving money instead, contributing to last year’s decline in prices. A Bureau of Economic Analysis report from April showed that personal income rose 21.1% and spending jumped 4.2% in March as a result of the accelerating rebound from the pandemic, adding more money to the economy aside from the stimulus. President Biden on Thursday met with six Senate Republicans to discuss possible compromise on his proposed $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill.

Biden hosted the top Republicans on relevant committees a day after he hosted Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) for the first time.

“I’m prepared to compromise,” said Biden, who was joined by Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo.

“We’ll see if we can work out some — on a compromise on infrastructure. And I know they’re sincere about it, so am I. And what we’re going to try to do is figure out what we can — what constitutes infrastructure from … our perspectives and then see whether or not we’re in a position that — how, how much we want to fund it above the baseline, the baseline meaning what we spent last year,” Biden said. President Joe Biden gave an update on the restart of the Colonial Pipeline Thursday, but warned Americans finding full gas stations and getting back to normal won’t be like “turning on a light switch.”

According to the FBI, the cyberattack on the pipeline was not sanctioned by the Russian government.

“Colonial Pipeline has made substantial progress in safely restarting our pipeline system and can report that product delivery has commenced in a majority of the markets we service. By mid-day today, we project that each market we service will be receiving product from our system. The green segments on this map are operational, meaning product delivery has commenced. ‘Our Nation Is In Deep Peril’: More Than 120 Retired Flag Officers Call on Americans to ‘Save America’ From Joe Biden’s Agenda

By Daily Caller. Over 120 retired flag officers — military officers entitled to carry a flag indicating their rank — have signed a letter warning Americans of the “tyrannical” and “dictatorial” threats posed by the Biden administration.

“Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776,” the letter, penned by a group of former generals and admirals known as Flag Officers 4 America, stated. “The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.”

Ret. Major General Joe Arbuckle, a spokesperson for Flag Officers 4 America, told the Daily Caller that the group’s purpose in writing the letter was “to encourage citizens to take a close look at what is happening to our Nation and then get involved now at the local, state and national level to elect political representatives/officials who will act to Save America, our Constitutional Republic, and hold those currently in office accountable.”

The letter expressed support for measures to ensure election integrity and warned that the Biden administration “has launched a full-blown assault on our Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner,” referencing the “more than 50 Executive Order” the president has signed. More Than 8K ‘Remain In Mexico’ Illegals Released In U.S.

President Joe Biden’s administration has released into the United States interior more than 8,300 migrants enrolled in the now-defunct “Remain in Mexico” program, offering them work permits to take American jobs.

After taking office in January, Biden ended the Remain in Mexico program, which had proven remarkably effective in eliminating the Catch and Release policy whereby border crossers are apprehended and subsequently released into the U.S. interior while awaiting their asylum hearings.

As of February, of the more than 71,000 asylum cases under Remain in Mexico, less than one percent of foreign nationals were found to have a legitimate asylum claim.

Biden announced in February that his Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with the help of the United Nations, would start releasing about 25,600 migrants enrolled in the program into the U.S. interior. Breitbart News exclusively reported that the migrants are being released in Brownsville and El Paso, Texas, as well as San Diego, California. Biden: People Able To Work Need To Get Off Unemployment

As business owners from coast to coast say they can’t find enough workers willing to come back to work, President Biden on Monday said he wants to make sure people offered a job either take it or lose the generous COVID-19 unemployment benefits.

“The law is clear: if you’re receiving unemployment benefits and you’re offered a suitable job, you can’t refuse that job and just keep getting the unemployment benefits,” Biden said at the White House.

“No one should be allowed to game the system and we will insist that the law is followed.”

‘Blatantly Unconstitutional’: 78 Members of Congress Go to Court Against Biden; Biden’s American Rescue Plan: The Most Expensive Missed Opportunity In U.S. History

By WND. Seventy-eight members of Congress have gone to court to say that President Biden’s “American Rescue Plan” is “blatantly unconstitutional” because it purports to control the decisions states make regarding their own taxes.

The friend-of-the-court brief was filed by the American Center for Law and Justice on behalf of the members of Congress in a case already pending that was brought by 13 attorneys general.

They sued Biden because of the demand, authored by the Schumer-Pelosi regime in Congress, that “prohibits states from lowering state taxes anytime between now and 2024.”

“In other words, throughout President Biden’s first term,” the ACLJ explained.

Biden’s American Rescue Plan: The Most Expensive Missed Opportunity In U.S. History

By Washington Times. . .Mr. Biden’s American Rescue Plan was the biggest $2 trillion missed opportunity in American history. Although the plan included some defensible components, such as the direct relief to American families, it perpetuated the idea that America is going to remain economically locked down until at least the fall.

Instead of seizing on the vaccine momentum and providing a shot in the arm to the labor market to accelerate the return to work, the plan continues to pay a significant fraction of jobless workers more to remain unemployed than to get back to work. Businesses operating on thin profit margins now have to compete with the artificial level of compensation set by government largesse but without the same capacity to borrow seemingly endless sums of money.

In addition, the redesigned child tax credit pays the same amount to parents without jobs as with jobs, making it more akin to a welfare program than its cousin, the earned income tax credit, which is one of America’s most successful pro-work, anti-poverty policies. The single largest item in Mr. Biden’s recently unveiled American Families Plan is, unfortunately, making these changes to the child tax credit permanent.

The other leg of Mr. Biden’s policy stool — the American Jobs Plan — similarly undermines the prospects for full, rapid labor market recovery by driving a stake through the corporate tax reforms from 2017 that resuscitated America’s economic competitiveness and by pushing aggressive union expansion that overrides worker freedom laws in 27 states.

There is a better way. It starts with recognizing that the most effective anti-poverty tool is a job, both for the paycheck it delivers, the purpose it provides and the example it sets for children at home watching their parents. Biden Administration officials told reporters Monday afternoon that a criminal gang called DarkSide is behind the cyber attack against the Colonial Pipeline system, which supplies the East Coast with forty five percent of its energy. The group installed ransomware and is demanding payment.

National Leaders Sound Alarm On Biden HHS Transgender ‘Sex’ Definition

The American Principles Project (APP) and the Catholic League reacted Monday to the announcement by the Biden Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that it will interpret sexual discrimination in federal healthcare rules to include sexual orientation and gender identity.

The policy change reverses that of former President Donald Trump’s administration to restore the biology-based, male-female definition of sexual discrimination in federal healthcare regulations.

“Last fall, American Principles Project PAC produced an ad warning that promoting sex change treatments for children would become official government policy should Joe Biden be elected,” said APP President Terry Schilling said. “At the time, the ad was widely denounced in the media as ‘misinformation.’” . . .

“We know this is not based in science,” Schilling said, referring to a report that one of Sweden’s largest hospitals announced it would no longer prescribe gender transition drugs to children under 16 because they were unable to fully comprehend the drugs’ effects.
