Former President Donald Trump celebrated “ALL WINS” from his favorites in primary races on Tuesday evening – a tongue-in-cheek statement that may have included his sarcastic “endorsements” of Democrats.

The former president, who endorsed a handful of candidates in the 2022 midterm season, gushed about the wins on his social platform Truth Social.

“Looks like a fantastic evening of ALL WINS – Great Candidates!!!” Trump wrote Tuesday evening.

He later added: “26 and 0 tonight, turning numerous tight races into big and easy wins. Overall for last 4 years, 98.4% on Endorsements!”

Trump had jokingly endorsed Democratic candidates such as Dan Goldman, who won his New York primary on Tuesday night. “It is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post last week. Rand Paul Tells NIH to Retain Fauci Records

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is demanding that the National Institutes of Health retain documents connected to outgoing National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci as the lawmaker prepares to ratchet up his long-standing feud with the health official.

As a parting gift to Fauci, Paul vowed to carry on with his investigations into the doctor’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and allegations that he “funneled tax dollars to fund dangerous research in communist China.” The senator explained that the preservation of Fauci documents is critical for his investigation of the doctor.

“I formally request you ensure the preservation of all documents and communications within Dr. Fauci’s possession related to his tenure at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This information is critical to ensure that Congress has access to information necessary to conduct proper oversight,” Paul wrote in a letter to Lawrence Tabak, acting director of the NIH, as reported by the Daily Caller.

Fauci, 81, revealed Monday that he will be concluding his 38 years of service as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and his comparatively brief tenure as chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden in December. NIAID operates under NIH.

Deaths of Migrant Children Expose Biden’s Cruelty

Two Planes Collide in Mid Air, Multiple Fatalities Reported

Multiple people are reported dead after two small airplanes collided in mid air as they were attempting to land at the Watsonville Municipal Airport in Santa Cruz, California, Thursday afternoon.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that two people were in a twin-engine Cessna 340 and one person was on-board a single-engine Cessna 152 when the planes crashed into each other, according to KSBW 8. A photo posted by the City of Watsonville showed that one of the planes had also crashed into a hangar.

“Multiple agencies responded to Watsonville Municipal Airport after 2 planes attempting to land collided. We have reports of multiple fatalities,” the city tweeted. “Report came in at 2:56pm. Investigation is underway, updates to follow.”

One person driving by the airport after the crash posted a video of the other plane that ended up in a field after the accident.

Trump Sues FBI Over Mar-a-Lago Raid; Report: Documents Show Biden White House Involvement in Trump Criminal Probe; But Joe Said ’No Advanced Knowledge’!?

By New York Post. Former President Donald Trump filed a motion Monday demanding federal investigators stop going through material seized from his Mar-a-Lago mansion earlier this month until a neutral special master could be appointed to review the records.

The 27-page filing in Florida federal court also asked for the federal government to provide more detail about what was seized in the Aug. 8 raid on the 45th president’s Palm Beach estate and demanded the Justice Department return any item not covered by the search warrant.

“We are now demanding that the Department of ‘Justice’ be instructed to immediately STOP the review of documents illegally seized from my home. ALL documents have been previously declassified,” Trump said in a statement on his Truth Social platform soon after the motion was filed.

The former president went on to call the FBI’s raid an “unnecessary, unwarranted, and unAmerican break-in” that violated his Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The filing, which is the first by Trump’s side since the raid, suggests the FBI search was politically motivated – calling it a “shockingly aggressive move” that was undertaken with “no understanding of the distress that it would cause most Americans.” (Read more from “Trump Sues FBI Over Mar-a-Lago Raid” HERE)

Report: Documents Show Biden White House Involvement in Trump Criminal Probe; But Joe Said ’No Advanced Knowledge’!?

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden’s White House was intimately involved in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) criminal probe into former President Donald Trump, according to government documents reviewed by Just The News.

Several correspondences between Trump’s attorneys and members of the Biden administration revealed that the federal government appeared poised to waive Trump’s claims of executive privilege over documents that Trump kept at Mar-a-Lago until earlier this year.

As Just The News reported:

The memos show then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was engaged in conversations with the FBI, DOJ and National Archives as early as April, shortly after 15 boxes of classified and other materials were voluntarily returned to the federal historical agency from Trump’s Florida home.

By May, Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor’s claims to executive privilege, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possessed from his presidency.

Mom Chops off Boyfriend’s Penis After He Tried to Rape Her Daughter: Report

A mother in India allegedly sliced off her boyfriend’s penis on Wednesday after he tried to rape her 14-year-old daughter.

“I have no regrets for what I did,” the 36-year-old unnamed mom told the Times of India.

“I was working in the farm when the incident took place. Fortunately, I returned home in the nick of time and caught him red-handed,” she said, explaining the series of events that led to the incident.

“He even attacked me while I was trying to save my daughter, so I brought a knife from the kitchen and chopped off his private parts to teach him a lesson.”

Man Acquitted in Gretchen Whitmer Kidnapping Plot Speaks Out

A man acquitted in April regarding a plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) spoke out Friday after both sides rested their case in the retrial of two men charged in the conspiracy.

Brandon Caserta, a former member of the Wolverine Watchmen, said if it wasn’t for the fact that the government was involved in the alleged conspiracy, no one would be charged.

“People say things that are offensive and, you know, may sound violent but there’s a difference between actually physically doing violence or just being around a group of people and talking crap,” Caserta said, according to Local 4. “If the government wasn’t involved in this situation it would have never gotten to where it is now.”

Caserta, who has posted videos with anti-government rhetoric that he claims is “all talk,” invoked the Fifth Amendment in the retrial of Barry Croft Jr. and Adam Fox. A federal judge ordered a retrial for the men after a jury failed to reach a verdict during their first trial in April. Mike Pence Has Second Thoughts on Testifying to Jan. 6 Committee

Former Vice President Mike Pence has reneged on his previous statement that he would consider testifying before the House Jan. 6 committee.

Recently, Pence said he would consider appearing before the Democrat-led committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach. Meanwhile, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), who is considered the face of the panel, recently told news outlets that Pence was in talks with the committee to testify.

But during an interview with The Washington Times over the weekend, Pence spoke with a more cautious tone and described the committee as “very partisan.”

“If the committee wanted to extend a formal invitation I would consider it, but we would reflect very carefully on my obligations to preserve the separation of powers and the constitutional framework that I served in,” he said.

New York Defies Supreme Court With Unconstitutional Gun Permit Laws

New York’s new gun control law takes effect in two weeks. The law turns New York into a giant “gun-free zone.” But it also requires an in-person interview with law enforcement and the sharing of all social media accounts in order to obtain a gun license.

By requiring that gun license applicants have “good moral character,” New York is still acting in defiance of June’s Supreme Court decision, New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. v. Brue. In a new court filing last week, New York Attorney General Letitia James claims that without these requirements, there would be an “entirely predictable chaos.” Democrats and gun control proponents have voiced similar fears in the other six states affected by the Supreme Court’s decision.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s opinion in Bruen stressed the importance of “objective” standards for gun permits, ones that don’t require “the exercise of judgment, and the formation of opinion.” He also noted that “there is no historical basis for New York to effectively declare the island of Manhattan a ‘sensitive place’ simply because it is crowded and protected generally by the New York City Police Department.” New York’s default position is that all private property is off-limits to lawful concealed carry unless the property owner notes “by clear and conspicuous signage” that guns are welcome.

There is no “chaos” coming our way. Since 1976, 18 states have eliminated subjective “proper cause” requirements, which require convincing a government bureaucrat of one’s need for a permit, in favor of “right-to-carry” policies. In these and other states, concealed handgun permit holders have proved extremely law-abiding. No right-to-carry state has ever even held a legislative hearing to consider moving back to a “proper cause” requirement. Over time states have also eliminated their gun-free zones as they have seen predictions of disaster not occurring. Rand Paul: Fauci’s Retirement Won’t Stop a ‘Full-Throated Investigation’

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s retirement will not stop a “full-throated investigation” into the origins of the Chinese coronavirus, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned on Monday following the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) announcing the end of his high profile roles come December.

Fauci, who also serves as the chief of the NIAID Laboratory of Immunoregulation and as chief medical advisor to President Joe Biden, announced on Monday that he will leave his roles in December “to pursue the next chapter of my career.”

While Fauci, 81, originally suggested he would leave his post at the end of Biden’s first term in office, his announcement moves up his retirement significantly to after the midterm elections, as Republicans hope to take control of both the House and Senate.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), however, warned that an early retirement will not stop Republicans in the House from putting the spotlight on Fauci as they investigate the origins of the coronavirus.

“Fauci’s resignation will not prevent a full-throated investigation into the origins of the pandemic. He will be asked to testify under oath regarding any discussions he participated in concerning the lab leak,” Paul stated:
