TO MY FELLOW INNER CITY RESIDENTS: Here’s How the Biden Family’s Crimes Were Handled vs. the Rest of Us

Oh, I live in an urban area, just so ya know. It’s diverse, amazing and fun. And I ain’t leavin’, period.

But, say, in the interest of promoting the [INSERT COLOR HERE] Lives Matter movements (so many cats, so few recipes), I feel compelled to unleash the “double-standard” trump card. After all, we have seen Hillary Clinton preemptively exonerated for multiple, willful violations of the Espionage Act.

Had you or I violated these codes, we’d be part-way through a sentence at Leavenworth. Which is not as fun as it sounds.

That said, please note how the deep state Beltway notifies us of these kindsa stories…

In August 2019, Caroline Biden, 33, a niece of former Vice President Biden, was busted in Lower Merion Township, Penn., for driving under the influence and without a license, public records show. While the case is active, it’s unlikely Caroline will face much in the way of consequences — if history and Biden family rap sheets are any guide.

Her arrest, which was never made public, was at least the ninth among Joe Biden’s close family, and followed incidents involving his brother Frank, his son Hunter and his daughter Ashley. The cases — ranging from felony theft to drug possession — were all either thrown out, or resulted in light sentences with no jail time, according to a Post review of public records and published reports.

The Pennsylvania drunken-driving collar was the third run-in with the law for Caroline, who is the daughter of Joe’s younger brother, James Biden Sr. In September 2013, she was booked for allegedly hitting an NYPD officer during a full scale meltdown at her Tribeca apartment, following a dispute with a roommate over unpaid rent. The case was dismissed after Caroline agreed to anger management treatment.

Oh, wait. There’s more (emphases mine):

Joe Biden’s brother, Francis ‘Frank’ Biden, 66, won the prize for the most bizarre Biden family bust when he allegedly stuffed two DVDs from a Florida Blockbuster down his pants in October 2003, cops said. He was 49 at the time. He never showed up for a scheduled court hearing on the attempted theft and the state attorney declined to prosecute, according to records obtained by the Miami New Times.

He had more serious scrapes with the law. He was pinched in August 2003 for drunk driving in Fort Lauderdale, earning six months probation. He was arrested a year later for driving with a suspended license but avoided jail again by spending three months in rehab. In 1999, Biden was a passenger in a car involved in a fatal drunk-driving accident. He was found partially liable for the death of 38-year-old William Albano, and owes his family almost $1 million dollars, according to the Daily Mail.

But I’m sure the Biden kclan was treated just as you or I would have been.

Charge: Pot possession in New Orleans in 1999. No conviction recorded.

Charge: Petty theft in Florida in 2003. Dropped.
Charge: Driving with suspended license in Florida in 2004. Three months in rehab.

Caroline Biden, Niece, 33
Charge: Resisting arrest, obstruction of government administration, harassment in NYC, 2013. Case dismissed.
Charge: Grand and petty larceny in NYC in 2017. Two years probation; restitution of $110,000 in stolen credit card charges.
Charge: DUI, driving without a licence in Pennsylvania in 2019. Case pending.

Hunter Biden, Son, 50
Charge: Drug possession in New Jersey in 1988. Pretrial intervention program, records expunged.

Well, those are all probably coincidences.

But there aren’t really aren’t two systems of justice. No way.

What You’re Not Being Told About Joe Biden’s Fundraising

Media reports on the June fundraising totals would have you believe that Joe Biden “tops” or “beats” President Trump. However, whoever is running Joe Biden’s campaign better keep the corks in the champagne bottles, because the truth is June was a terrible month for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.

Joe Biden was an anemic fundraiser throughout his primary battle. A report from Politico in October of 2019 said Biden was getting “crushed” in fundraising. It argued, “Obama and Clinton’s biggest donors favor Biden, yet he still can’t match his rivals’ cash flow.” According to the report, Biden had more big-money bundlers and donors from Obama and Clinton than any of his competitors. Now, as the presumptive nominee, the rest should presumably be in his corner now, as well.

However, during a primary, the value of big donors and high-dollar bundlers is greatly reduced by federal contribution limits — it was why Biden consistently struggled, and it was why Bernie’s grassroots dollars made him such a prolific fundraiser. Biden, along with every other candidate, was limited to receiving a maximum of $5,600 contribution from an individual or $11,200 from a couple. . .

This modest haul nonetheless required a substantial amount of effort. Joe Biden brought in the Democrat Party’s top fundraising heavy-weights: former President Barack Obama, Senator Elizabeth Warren, and Senator Kamala Harris. He also leaned on Hollywood elites such as Melissa Etheridge and Kristin Chenoweth to help prop up his fundraising. Some of the most prolific Democrat money-people all hosted events for Biden, as well. It appeared to be a truly Herculean effort.

The simple reality is that Joe Biden is failing to capture the enthusiasm of his own supporters, let alone the undecided voters whose support he will need in order to be successful in November. The reality of Biden’s predicament becomes even more dire when you realize this enthusiasm gap is reminiscent of the lukewarm feelings inspired by Mitt Romney and John Kerry, two of the most milquetoast candidates in the history of presidential campaigns. By Red State. With all that’s been going on, including two important SCOTUS decisions this morning, it’s worth remembering that Joe Biden is still running for president. The strategy of keeping him locked in his basement with hand picked questions and thorough notes to keep him on track has been largely successful. It’s allowed him to stay out of the public eye and keep the election a referendum on Trump.

But despite their best efforts, the Biden campaign still fails at keeping the former VP’s brain from hard resetting on a regular basis.

Here’s the latest example. You try to figure out what is being said in his clip.

. . .Later in the above video, Biden would go on to flub the term “woke,” proclaiming that the working class are now “woked.”

Biden’s fumbling was so bad that it even sparked a new meme, with people sharing the video and adding their own commentary.

WATCH: Biden Can’t Read Teleprompter, Forgets His Own Proposal

By Townhall. Even in perfect conditions with teleprompters to read from, Joe Biden still forgets what he’s talking about. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee is barely there.

Appearing virtually at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers’ 2020 Virtual Political Conference on Wednesday, Biden appeared to be reading from a teleprompter when he repeatedly lost his train of thought.

“Lonnie knows I believe this every fiber of being, we’re opposed,” Biden began confidently enough before he seemingly lost his place with the teleprompter.

Biden then switched to platitudes about making “it happen” and illuminating “the path forward.”

“What I propose is, is, it can be done. I think we’re in a position to really make it happen. And my team and your team are already working closely together to light up the path forward here,” Biden said.

The Effort to Keep Biden Out of the Debates Begins; Biden ‘Can Hardly Wait’ to Compare ‘Cognitive Ability’ With Trump’s

By Breitbart. Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden said he can “hardly wait” to compare his cognitive ability with President Donald Trump’s in upcoming debates. Meanwhile, the New York Times does not appear to share Biden’s confidence in taking on Trump and is demanding preconditions for debates.

Last week, at his first press conference in three months, Biden was asked by Fox News’s Doug McKelway if he had been tested for any degree of cognitive decline, to which he responded, “I’ve been tested, I’m constantly tested. Look, all you’ve got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against.”

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Biden once again expressed his eagerness to debate Trump, saying, “I can hardly wait to get onto the stage with Donald Trump.”

Biden Should Not Debate Trump Unless…

By New York Times. I worry about Joe Biden debating Donald Trump. He should do it only under two conditions. Otherwise, he’s giving Trump unfair advantages.

First, Biden should declare that he will take part in a debate only if Trump releases his tax returns for 2016 through 2018. Biden has already done so, and they are on his website. Trump must, too. No more gifting Trump something he can attack while hiding his own questionable finances.

And second, Biden should insist that a real-time fact-checking team approved by both candidates be hired by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates — and that 10 minutes before the scheduled conclusion of the debate this team report on any misleading statements, phony numbers or outright lies either candidate had uttered. Nikki Haley Makes the Case to Reelect Trump, Warns ‘We Will Lose Our Rule of Law’ If Biden Wins

By Fox News. Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley called out presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden on “Hannity” Wednesday for seeming to cave to pressure from many in his party who have called to defund the police.

Actress Urges Trump to Donate to Tara Reade Fundraiser ‘In Biden’s Name’

Rose McGowan urged President Trump to make a donation to a fundraiser dedicated to Tara Reade on behalf of his 2020 rival Joe Biden.

Last week, a GoFundMe campaign was launched for Reade, who came forward earlier this year with a sexual assault allegation against Biden, her former boss, back in 1993 when she worked for the then-Delaware senator.

According to the campaign’s page, which was organized by Reade supporter Samuel Pierce in coordination with her attorney, 50 percent of proceeds will go to the Network for Victim Recovery of DC (NVRDC), a “nonprofit that gives survivors of sexual assault physical, emotional and legal services.” The rest “will go to Tara for safety and security costs, then to her legal costs, then to helping her reclaim her reputation.” The campaign has raised nearly $2,000 so far.

On Tuesday night, McGowan tweeted the link to her over 935,000 Twitter followers and hoped to get the president’s attention. . .

Reade told Fox News in a statement, “I have so much gratitude for all the ways supporters have come forward to help me. I have lost everything coming forward about Joe Biden. Hopefully in the future survivors can tell their story safely with no bullying and smears from campaign trolls and the media. Until that day, I will not be silenced or intimidated by Joe Biden or his campaign. President Donald Trump’s campaign painted a chilling picture of “Joe Biden’s America” with defunded police departments.

The new campaign video released on Thursday, and shared by Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter, shows what it could look like if the former vice president were to win the election in November and give in to leftists pushing to defund, dismantle or reorganize police departments across America’s cities.

. . .The president as well as his reelection campaign have been calling calling out prominent Democrats who are supportive of the push to defund police departments. Communications director Tim Murtaugh, in a call with reporters earlier this week, criticized the “left’s radical proposals to defund the police,” NBC News reported. By Breitbart. Joe Biden appeared to suffer another mental malfunction on Friday when he referred to himself as “Joe Biden’s husband.”

The presumptive Democrat nominee for president was speaking to the National Education Association annual conference, and union president Lily Eskelsen Garcia touted Jill Biden’s membership in the largely compulsory organization.

Editor’s cautionary note: It seems to us that Biden meant to say “Jill Biden” but just didn’t articulate it very well. In any event, the man desperately needs a cognitive test.

Joe Biden Must Release the Results of His Cognitive Tests — Voters Need to Know

By The Hill. Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden very nearly survived his first press conference in three months without a single goof. Almost, but not quite.

At the very end of the question-and-answer session, asked by a reporter if he had been tested for “cognitive decline,” he answered, “I’ve been tested. I’ve been tested constantly.” Biden went on to say he could “hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against.”

Pretty snappy answer for a fellow thought by 38 percent of likely voters to be suffering a mental decline. Except, of course, that Biden’s response raised more questions than it answered.

George W. Bush Officials Launch New Group Supporting Joe Biden

By CNN. A group of former George W. Bush administration and campaign officials has launched a new super PAC to mobilize disaffected Republican voters for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

The group, launched Wednesday under the name “43 Alumni for Biden,” “seeks to unite and mobilize a community of historically Republican voters who are dismayed and disappointed by the damage done to our nation by Donald Trump’s presidency,” according to a release. The formation of the group is the latest example of efforts being made by anti-Trump Republicans to defeat the President in November.

Karen Kirksey, the director of the committee and who worked on the Bush 2000 election campaign and in the Labor and Agriculture Departments, said the endorsement of Biden is “not necessarily in full support of his political agenda but rather in full agreement with the urgent need to restore the soul of this nation.”

“For four years, we have watched with grave concern as the party we loved has morphed into a cult of personality that little resembles the Party of Lincoln and Reagan,” Kirksey said in a statement.

Hundreds of George W. Bush Administration Officials to Back Biden, Group Says

By Reuters. Hundreds of officials who worked for former Republican President George W. Bush are set to endorse Democratic White House hopeful Joe Biden, people involved in the effort said, the latest Republican-led group coming out to oppose the re-election of Donald Trump. . .

The group is the latest of a number of Republican organizations opposing Trump’s re-election, yet another sign that he has alienated some in his own party, most recently with his response to the coronavirus pandemic and nationwide protests over racial injustice and police brutality against Black Americans.

“We know what is normal and what is abnormal, and what we are seeing is highly abnormal. The president is a danger,” said Jennifer Millikin, one of the 43 Alumni organizers, who worked on Bush’s 2004 re-election campaign and later in the General Services Administration. . .

Millikin said the group was not yet ready to name all its members or its donors. It has to provide a list of initial donors to the Federal Election Commission by October.

1990: Joe Biden Proposed Hypothetical of ‘Homosexuals Engaging in a Sexual Act’ on American Flag

During a debate in 1990 about a constitutional amendment that would ban burning the American flag, then-Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) proposed a bizarre hypothetical to illustrate why he thought it was a slippery slope.

“Parts of the American public occasionally responding to the emotions of the moment; occasionally, occasionally, they pass laws that don’t make sense in the wide scope of things,” Biden said on the Senate floor on June 25, 1990. He went on:

We went through a whole exercise here with Mapplethorpe’s paintings and the National Endowment for the Arts, and they related to paintings – photographs that had to do with homosexual activity. I ask you, assume that there were a painting or a photograph taken of homosexuals engaging in a sexual act on a flag.

Biden argued a constitutional amendment would be the gateway to regulating expression. He said:

Would that be desecrating the flag under this amendment? Let me ask you, does anyone doubt that there might not be at least a few members of this body that would introduce an amendment to the law? We can amend this 99 times, once we pass the constitutional amendment, we can pass any law we want.

Biden Woos Asian American Voters After Trump ‘Kung Flu’ Quips

As President Trump stoked outrage by calling COVID-19 the “kung flu,” presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was quietly courting Asian American voters.

And Biden’s efforts could pad his electoral edge in crucial, culturally diverse battleground states, such as Nevada, Texas, and Georgia.

“Asian Americans are being targeted with violence and subjected to xenophobic rhetoric from the mouth of the president himself,” Biden told Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote’s presidential forum last weekend. . .

Asian Americans represent the fast-growing demographic of eligible voters compared to other major races and ethnicities, the Pew Research Center found last month. The group’s comprised of about 11 million eligible voters, or 5% of the country’s eligible population, up 139% over the past two decades. And the advantage for Biden is that they lean Democratic.

In 2018, Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote estimated that more than 40% of Asian Americans identify as Democrats, as opposed to almost 30% who consider themselves Republicans and roughly the same percentage who think of themselves as independents. To put that in context, of the 5 million Asian Americans who voted in 2016, 4% of the total electorate, three-quarters supported Hillary Clinton to the quarter who cast a ballot for Trump.
