‘Hate for Hate’s Sake’: Pentagon Officials Slam ‘Anti-LGBTQ’ Legislation at Pride Event

Top defense and military officials waded into politics on Wednesday, slamming “anti-LGBTQ” legislation at an official Department of Defense Pride Month event at the Pentagon.

“LGBTQ plus and other diverse communities are under attack, just because they are different. Hate for hate’s sake,” top DOD civilian official for personnel Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. said at the ceremony. “But we must stick together, and we must be prepared to confront any such challenge directly.”

Lt. Gen. DeAnna Burt, chief operations officer for the U.S. Space Force, suggested “anti-LGBTQ+” legislation is “dangerous” for service members:

Transformational cultural change requires leadership from the top and we do not have time to wait. Since January of this year, more than 400 anti-LGBTQ+ laws have been introduced at the state level. That number is rising and demonstrates a trend that could be dangerous for service members, their families, and the readiness of the force as a whole.

President of This Country Signs Death Penalty Law for Homosexuals, Passed by Parliament 387-2

Uganda’s president, Yoweri Museveni, has signed into law the world’s harshest anti-LGBTQ+ bill, which allows the death penalty for homosexual acts. . .

US President Joe Biden decried the act as “shameful” and “tragic violation of universal human rights”. He said Washington was considering “sanctions and restriction of entry into the United States against anyone involved in serious human rights abuses” – a suggestion that Ugandan officials may face repercussions.

Early on Monday, the speaker of the Ugandan parliament, Anita Annet Among, released a statement on social media confirming Museveni had assented to the law first passed by MPs in March. It imposes the death penalty or life imprisonment for certain same-sex acts, up to 20 years in prison for “recruitment, promotion and funding” of same-sex “activities”, and anyone convicted of “attempted aggravated homosexuality” faces a 14-year sentence. . .

Among tweeted on Monday morning: “The president … has assented to the Anti-Homosexuality Act. As the parliament of Uganda, we have answered the cries of our people. We have legislated to protect the sanctity of [the] family.

Biden Administration Demands Georgia Schools Show Pornography to Kids

Bureaucrats in President Joe Biden’s Department of Education just put their thumb on the scale of a book dispute in Georgia by not only smearing parents’ concerns about sexually explicit books in schools but also leveraging their federal power to intimidate districts that have successfully purged porn from campuses.

In the Biden administration’s latest attempt to weaponize an arm of the federal government against parents, the DOE’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) wrote a letter to Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Jeff Bearden on May 19 outlining everything it deemed wrong with the district’s decision to pull several inappropriate books from school bookshelves.

Not only did the federal agency demand that the district offer “supportive measures to students who may have been impacted by the book removal process,” but the OCR also ordered the Georgia school district to administer a “climate survey” to middle and high school students so bureaucrats can “assess whether additional steps need to be taken.”

The OCR predicated its probe into Forsyth schools on allegations from an unnamed complainant that the administration, at the bidding of parents, “created a hostile environment for students” based on race, color, or national origin. Using the Supreme Court’s expanded definition of “sex” as determined in the 5-4 Bostock v. Clayton County decision in 2020, the OCR also claimed it was investigating whether Forsyth County schools “created a hostile environment for students” based on sexual orientation and identity. Biden Lauds LGBT Movement With Another Proclamation Calling Upon Americans ‘to Wave Their Flags of Pride High’

President Joe Biden is celebrating the LGBT movement again this year by proclaiming the month of June as “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month.”

Biden has issued these proclamations each year of his presidency so far, though the 2021 proclamation did not include the term “Intersex.” He has also issued “Transgender Day of Visibility” proclamations each year as well.

Some states have passed laws to push back against radical leftist gender ideology and to protect children from gender-transition surgeries and medical measures, but Biden declared in his new Pride Month proclamation that “Transgender youth in over a dozen States have had their medically necessary health care banned.”

The president claimed that he has “appointed a historic number of highly qualified openly LGBTQI+ judges and public servants at all levels of the Federal Government.”

LGBTQ Radicals Send Target Bomb Threats After Pride Month Merchandise Pullback

LGBTQ radicals reportedly deluged Target with bomb threats in retaliation to the retail giant pulling back on some of its Pride Month merchandise after significant backlash.

The bomb threats were allegedly made against several Target stores in at least three states: Utah, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. An email to one Cleveland store that Cleveland 19 News reviewed indicated that radical LGBTQ activists may have been behind the threats.

“Target is full of cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to the homophobic right-wing redneck bigots who protested and vandalized their store,” the email reportedly read.

In Utah, Salt Lake City police communications director Brent Weisberg told USA TODAY that officers determined that no “credible threat” had been directed at the two stores in the city.

Target Shopper Tears Down Pride Sign as Fury Over LGBTQ Merch Spills Into Aisles (VIDEO)

Target shoppers fuming over the retailer’s LGBTQ merchandise — including “tuck-friendly” swimwear — have stormed some stores to tear down Pride signs, badger workers and even leave a case of Bud Light alongside the offending items.

The Minneapolis-based chain — which has lost $9 billion in the last week following boycott calls over LGBTQ-friendly kids clothing — has announced it will remove some of the offending items partly due to their workers’ safety fears.

The online fury spilling over into the aisles includes one MAGA hat-wearing provocateur who was filmed ripping down a “#TakePride” sign from a clothing rack of LGBTQ apparel.

Ethan Schmidt — a 24-year-old far-right internet personality who previously made headlines for his off-color remarks — is seen tossing the rainbow-colored sign to the floor before stomping on it and kicking it in the 19-second clip.

Another self-proclaimed patriot and activist, Scott LoBaido, filmed himself on Wednesday at a Staten Island Target location shouting: “Memorial Day weekend, where is the display supporting and showing homage to the men and women of the military?”

Shark Tank Star: Target’s Pride Merch Decision Was a ‘Huge Mistake’ After Losing Billions in Market Value

Entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary responded to Target’s Pride merchandising controversy after suffering a hit in market value and threats of boycotts.

O’Leary said that although Target wants to sell to everybody, its marketing decision to roll out the Pride merchandising line was a “huge mistake.”

“When Bud happened, I can’t believe that boards didn’t wake up to that decimation market cap… Budweiser was the American beer. It took decades to build that brand and they blew it up in 30 hours,” O’Leary told guest host Rachel Campos-Duffy on “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

The “Shark Tank” star said companies like Bud Light and Target “cannot be partisan in any way” when selling consumer goods and services.

“Let me give you an example,” O’Leary said. “Do you ever hear a CEO that represents a company ever talking about abortion? Never. Because that is an issue that will never be resolved. It’s a personal issue, it’s a family issue, it’s a religious issue. It’s partisan forever. You don’t touch it. Same thing with politics, same thing with gender identity. Everybody has a personal opinion about it. Target Holds ‘Emergency’ Meeting Over LGBTQ Merchandise; Company Partners With SATANIST Brand for Pride Collection; Video Shows Disturbing ‘Tuck-Friendly’ Apparel in Children’s Aisle

By New York Post. Some Southern Target stores were forced by the corporation to move LGBTQ Pride merchandise away from the front of their locations after customer “outrage” to avoid a “Bud Light situation.”

Many Target locations across the country feature massive June Pride month displays on an annual basis, with items this year ranging from “tuck friendly” bathing suits for transgender people to mugs that say “gender fluid.”

But the retail juggernaut has been criticized by some conservatives for the displays, with children’s items particularly irking many customers.

A Target insider told Fox News Digital that many locations, mostly in rural areas of the South, have relocated Pride sections to avoid the kind of backlash Bud Light has received in recent weeks after using a transgender influencer in a promotional campaign.

Target Partners With Satanist Brand to Create Items for ‘Pride’ Collection

By National Review. Target has contracted with Abprallen — a clothing brand that sells Satanist merchandise, some of which glorifies violence — to create products for its “PRIDE” collection.

While Target does not sell Abprallen’s Satanist-inspired products, the retail giant approached Abprallen less than a year ago to design pride-related merchandise, according to the brand’s social-media post.

At one point Target sold three Abprallen items: a messenger bag saying “We Belong Everywhere” across trans-flag colors and planets, a tote bag with the message “Too Queer for Here” beneath a UFO, and a “Cure Transphobia, Not Trans People” sweatshirt. Only the sweatshirt remains for sale. It’s unclear why the other two items no longer appear on the Target website. . .

The brand sells shirts, pins, and stickers with the design of a pastel goat head and the message “Satan Respects Pronouns.”

“Satan loves you and respects who you are; you’re important and valuable in this world and you deserve to treat yourself with love and respect. LGBT+ people are so often referred to as being a product of Satan or going against God’s will, so fine. We’ll hang with Satan instead,” the company stated in another Instagram caption. “Satanists don’t actually believe in Satan, he is merely used as a symbol of passion, pride, and liberty. He means to you what you need him to mean. Muslim Parents Join Conservatives in Confronting LGBTQ Books

Muslim parents and Moms for Liberty have at least one thing in common: Both are alarmed about the infusion of LGBTQ books and other materials in school classrooms and libraries.

Muslim families are raising their political profiles as they join the parental rights debate, most recently in Montgomery County, Maryland, where the school district has approved a host of books on homosexuality and transgenderism for the pre-K 5 curriculum and removed an opt-out choice.

“One of the fathers who had reached out to us said his daughter is a third-grader, and she came home and told him, ‘Daddy, I’m not a she. I want to be a they,’” said Zainab Chaudry, director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ Maryland office. “He was like, ‘She’s in third grade. What does she know about gender?’”

The fight goes beyond Montgomery County. Last year, Muslim parents were among those who packed board of education meetings in Dearborn, Michigan, over sexually themed LGBTQ books in school libraries. Their objections upended stereotypes about what The New Yorker called “the right-wing mothers fueling the school-board wars.”

LGBTQ Activists Go All in on Mother’s Day: ‘Trans Women Can Be Moms Too’ (VIDEO)

LGBTQ activists spouted far-left talking points in celebration of Mother’s Day on Sunday by sharing memes and videos about how fathers can be mothers too.

In one video shared by Libs of TikTok, a man who identifies as a woman said America should have a “Parents Day.”

“There’s two different days of the year that I question. There’s Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. As a trans person, as a trans woman, which one do I celebrate? I don’t feel like a father. Mother’s Day is tomorrow, I feel like a mom, but who celebrates me?” he asked rhetorically.

“I just genuinely want to know is there other people out there that you don’t know which one you fall under. Are you a mom or are you a dad? Where’s Parents Day? Why can’t we just have a Parents Day? he added. “Like you’re a parent that’s worth celebrating. Why does it have to be one or the other?” . . .
